A lot of questions didn't have "?" help notes.... you should consider providing more help when you ask a question and the user needs to input numbers / info that requires information from prior years or some type of specific knowledge.

Check for Updates should happen throughout the data entry and filing process. Having e-filing fail because an update is missed is a BIG LET DOWN!! Now reconsidering using TT for 2026...

TurboTax 2025 requires Windows 11, not explained (so far as I could tell) on the website when ordering the first time. Still waiting for refund of that failed purchase price.

I have been filing my fairly complicated taxes with TurboTax for years. It has never let me down. I have never been audited. I am confident that I paying no more tax than I should be.

Everything is fine, except Hawaii HARPTA Withholding for Non-Residents. It's been buggy and flat out wrong for 2+ years. It needs to be fixed so that it doesn't spit out an error every time a N-288A is entered.

The instructions for Pennsylvania filing appear incomplete. There are additional forms and documents that are needed beyond what's included in the Turbo Tax Instructions.

Evidently, Turbo Tax is not including RITA questionnaire and forms for those Ohio municipalities that use RITA. Rather than state, "We do not support RITA, all help is useless and not answering questions. This should have been stated in the product.

Inputting has became more problematic. i.e.Charity, 1099R/1098T and others. Don't know if I can use the program in more then one computer. More difficult to use now. Not user friendly anymore!

some of the buttons for dividend and interest do not work. had to type in each title of company. i could see the name of last years companies but that was all. poor programing!!! makes me think that some of your calculations my be off also.

Ease of use and extra resources, step by step walkthrough also helpful. Reporting of the Prior year for comparison is helpful. The accuracy and compatibility with platforms is great.
