I like this option because i don't trust buying from a website. I prefer being able to get it from the store.

Nothing wrong with the program or with Sam’s Club. I DO NOT LIKE downloading programs. I prefer a physical product. Downloads can be hacked! What part of that do the companies NOT understand?

Everything was fine except the ability to "change" or "delete" incorrect information on the page with "Donations" and on the entrance page for Investments that had the accounts, but I could click on the button with the account name. Instead, I had to re-add that those investment accounts and the orange button above were not able to click on.

Not happy that the CD was taken away but price didn’t go down.

A once great program has turned into a confusing constant upselling services and programs... and the bonus Sam's download is useless to, I assume, most users...

I have to put the code in every time I try to use it

absolutely horrible!! Never received download code. Cantacted Sams multiple times. One time they actually connected me directly to turbo tax customer service who had no idea where my order is. I also contacted software download corp by phone - they never answer phone! Contacted them by email - NO response! I had to go buy it at turbo tax website for $139. Thanks for making me spend an extra $35 plus 3 hours of my time trying to track this order down. You are terrible.
