I've used Turbo tax for many years. I think it is an excellent program. I would like to see the instructions for figuring depreciation on a vehicle. The programs used to have the instructions included when calculating what the amount should be for each years or group of years for depreciation.

Been using Turbo Tax since 2015. Easy to use once the program downloads. The only complaint i have is that for the 2025 tax year program i had to get a new laptop because the program wouldn't download to my desktop that is only 2 years old. I had the same issue with the 2024 tax year program, but i was able to buy your download program CD, which you no longer provided for the 2025 tax year. The program is very easy to understand and user friendly, which makes data entry very easy to input.

Nothing wrong with the program or with Sam's Club. I DO NOT LIKE downloading programs. I prefer a physical product. Downloads can be hacked! What part of that do the companies NOT understand?

Up loading a file with my charitable deduction info did not capture all required info and had to enter it in forms view. Only by trial and error did I discover that K-1 info needed to be entered in the personal section BEFORE royalty income in the K-1 business and the related depletion woud show up on Sch E pg 1. This also left QBI calculation incomplete until I doubled back to the business section. On state of Arkansas interview, I was never given the opportunity to apply refund to 2026 tax. Had to enter in forms. Also, interview disallowed personal property tax from Arkansas itemized deductions. Had to override in forms.

I find the personal and small business turbo tax to be a little harder to go thru this year. It would be really helpful when you are at a figure on a form that does not look correct, if you could click and see where that figure generated from ( form,line, amt)

I have been using Turbotax Home & Business for probably 15 yers. I am an independent sub musician and until the last few years the software was fantastic. Unfortunately since the 2023 edition there have been inconsistencies specifically in the menu system. You look on Intuit's website and for example it told me to go to the "Federal Tax" tab... No such thing exists at least in the Mac version. Fortunately by using Googles AI I was able to narrow down where I was supposed to go but this is quite unacceptable.

A once great program has turned into a confusing constant upselling services and programs... and the bonus Sam's download is useless to, I assume, most users...

I spent maybe 70% of my overall time trying to correctly enter info from K-1/K-3 forms for partnerships (3 of them). Foreign tax credit entry and processing requires a ton of details, and the way TurboTax breaks things down is pretty confusing and counterintuitive. Worse, there's hardly any help text in this area, especially on the desktop version. I'll probably use something else next year. Even Free Fillable Forms at least provides links to the IRS instructions!

absolutely horrible!! Never received download code. Cantacted Sams multiple times. One time they actually connected me directly to turbo tax customer service who had no idea where my order is. I also contacted software download corp by phone - they never answer phone! Contacted them by email - NO response! I had to go buy it at turbo tax website for $139. Thanks for making me spend an extra $35 plus 3 hours of my time trying to track this order down. You are terrible.

I have used Turbo Tax at least since 2001. I think I'll be looking for new Tax Reporting Software next year. I bought the 2025 Turbo Tax Home & Business, then didn't expect to, but suddenly had to file an extension. When I finally was able to get my life back in a place where I could do my taxes I was met with an extremely funky interface, Compatibility was fine. I hope the accuracy is there, but I could not get it to function properly. It kept suddenly shut down, & without warning. I sent several, maybe even many notices on to Turbo Tax from this horrible inefficient, GLITCHY program. I tried searching Turbo tax and found the information not even relating to my search! I think Turbo Tax should throw out their new system and concentrate on Customer Satisfaction instead of changing the entire program. They made a terrible mistake. Their old one had many years of accuracy, but I think they've thrown their whole business out the window.
