Generally good, however, navigation can be clunky especially when saving and returning to tax return. Handling of K-1 data is poor both on the Federal and the State side. Have seen few improvements to product over the past years.

Efile was not able to be processed, instructions how to correct the problem did not work. Very disappointed because I have been using turbo tax for over 10 years.

Great product that helps me do my taxes. I like the "instant" changes to any potential refund or money owed because it becomes a guide for the following year's planning.

Using Turbo Tax for years. Do not like having to say no to Audit defense numerous times when it comes up on the screen. Also don't like that Turbo Tax keeps prompting me to do state return when there is no state return to do for Florida.

Had a little difficulty managing the installation software to my desk top, used the you tube video to assist me. Had to seek help from TT on the topic of IP Pin added before I process the return.

No longer supports It's Deductible, Does not import support documents saved in QUICKEN to allow support during tax audits thus causing 100's of hours to produce documents for audits

I have been using TurboTax since 1988. Every year it works well. There are some issues on filling out the New Jersey taxable/non-taxable IRA payments, but these can be handled manually.

Not pleased with the state programs. I have 2 different states downloaded. Instead of asking to START - it asks to ADD. Not what was needed. Never been like this in previous years.

Turbo Tax Digital Expert was not very clear about 2025 Child Tax Credit/Deduction. I researched IRS and other Tax Help resources which had better explanations. Spent a lot of time doing that-- Turbo Tax should have done a better job.

This is the 1st year that I have had issues. I have only efiled 4 returns and yet it tells me that I have reached my limit. I should have 1 more. In addition the importing is no longer seamless as it used to be
