Im sick of the constant questions to add tax support or audit defense. Once declined should be enough. It's enough that the product costs as much as it does but then to keep trying to prompt people to add unnecessary support is ridiculous. Fix this or I will use another tax software vendor in the future.

I've been using TurboTax since about 1989, the floppy disk days. I haven't had any problems with it for some relatively complex tax issues. Recently, there have been concerns about security and the IRS implemented a special six-digit ID. That's great, it adds security to the previous security measures. However, due to my comfort with TT, I don't use the Guide Me feature and missed one important step that helped with security. I didn't see the IP PIN input location which is buried in "other tax issues". When my e-file return was rejected, the TT message how to fix it was not clear. I talked with the customer service rep who was quite friendly and explained the situation (I had discovered the solution on my own. I'm not sure the message will get through to the programmers and can't tell this year because I have completed the e-file steps.

By far using Turbo Tax has been the best method of preparing my tax returns. One year I decided to try a professional tax preparer and the method used was exactly the same as Turbo Tax. After that I never went back I have bee doing my own tax return for over 20 years.

The desktop version should prompt users to enter their IRS generated PIN (with an explanation of how to obtain it) as part of completing the easy step filing process. In case you need a refresher, the use adds that information under Federal/Other Tax Situations/Other Return Info/Identity Protection PIN

Over all quite easy. Some places where there is a risk of double entry of information (car info for example) Happy user for more than 20 years. Amazing to see how insanely complex filing can be. Would be cool if W2 info could be available with little effort. The mailed ones are easily missed

We have used TurboTax for many years. My husband always prepared our taxes for us. Sadly, he passed last year, and I needed to prepare our taxes. I was absolutely dreading the task, but TurboTax walked me through every aspect of our extensive tax preparation. And since my husband had passed, TurboTax was able to guide me to receive even more deductions as the surviving spouse.

Have been using Turbo Tax for many years with good success. I have never been audited and feel the features are excellent and user friendly. The information appears accurate since I have never been audited. It is compatible with my level of expertise on tax issues.

I appreciate that TurboTax carries my previous year's information forward. It saves time and ensures accuracy. However, this is the first year I ran into glitches with the software. I purchased the software and downloaded it, and did all updates that appeared. But twice, while entering state tax information, I could not get past one or two of the screens. I googled the answer, which did not appear in the TT2025 help section. Eventually I got it working and was able to file. If there are known problems, the problems should be easily explained within TT, so users don't have to search outside the program for answers.

I have been using and filing my taxes with TurboTax for many years now. It makes the process so easy and clean and efficient. I use the Home and Business version and I have neveer had a problem. I am grateful for what Turbo Tax offers. Keep us h good work!

Asks a lot of stupid questions about last year's taxes even after I provided last year's data file for import. What exactly am I paying for when I have to do a bunch of legwork manually getting answers out of last year's forms? After 20 years of TurboTax, I've had enough.
