Would figure a gain on the sale of my business vehicle regardless of input. It cannot calculate accurately. No matter what figures were entered, it would produce a gain equal to the disposal price everytime. Very frustrating software. I'm not sure what else may be inaccurate.

I feel some of the enhances you have made makes it harder to enter certain items at times. I understand you are designed for user who need your strict guidance to enter things correctly. As a professional I find this to be a block to entering slightly unusual items/

Buying the desktop software was a mistake, since when you call for support they cannot see your desktop screen. This is a major deficiency in the program. In the future I will buy the online version of software. After calling support, I was placed on hold for several hours after being referred to another support person who was a big help.

Easy to file for the entire family. Confidence that it will be up to date and find every option that will get a good return. Always a few changes from year to year, but easy to search for the information needed to get where I need be and use the correct forms.

Every year I use TurboTax, and every year I'm disappointed by the lack of improvements and places where it obviously should be able to calculate or import information, and it just says "enter this yourself" . I also dislike the prodding to use the online product or pay extra for simple questions.

Process was great. I had a couple of different issues this year that were confusing to me. My only complaint was getting help from call center. First time, I had someone I could not understand. Second try, it routed me out of the call. Finally, last call was good and I got a very helpful person.

I have been using TurboTax as far back as 2000, and each year I love it. This year I had some unique twist and decided to use the "live tax advice" feature ($50). While the associate did appear knowledgeable, I did not feel that the service was worth it. Other than that, TT is a great tool year after year..

Unfortunately, the 2025 version of TurboTax is extremely buggy. I have used Intuit for over 20 years and have never experienced so many issues and challenges with the software. I purchased the MAC desktop version because of special filing of community income, and it was a total disaster. I had to figure out how to work around the program to get the forms filled accurately. In addition, the download features were very delayed and buggy as well.

I am a knowledgeable user and find the product very useful. However, I have noticed that over the years, the help feature has become cumbersome and cluttered with efforts to sell more products than answer a simple question. I find that the answers to my questions can be found more quickly and easiily through AI applications.

I'm not really getting the tax help I need as a S corp owner. For instance, I have to manually add form I-335 for South Carolina, and I have to file by mail because the form isn't included for filing electronically. I need more assistance on the self-employment health insurance deduction. I figured that out this year and filed an amended tax return for last year. Better than nothing, but I'm left wondering what other things I may have missed.
