refund of $-2,564 ??? Why not just show "2025 amount owed" ??? sometimes the screens don't make immediate sense, but overall I'd much rather use TurboTax than paper forms or my own spreadsheet forms... thanks for making it simple/affordable as possible :-)

My overall experience with Intuit has been less than great. Too many sales phone calls when I even asked last fall to not make sales calls to me. Then there are all the offers made (up selling) while preparing the return. And that is not saying anything about only being directed by search engines to only the internet version of Turbo Tax when what I wanted was a desktop version.

I still wish the cd's were still available for purchase. Even if there was an upcharge option, I would still be interested in purchasing. I am worried that after 3 years, I won't be able to access my taxes, and I will still have to print out everything and keep it for forever.

The question on the taxability of social security income earned outside the US should have a LARGE warning if the user says "yes" to confirm their choice as it is easily overlooked and the wrong answer can have a huge impact on the tax liability or refund. I only caught my error because my social security was being shown as zero taxable didn't make sense so I started digging and found the question I answered wrong at the BOTTOM of the screen.

The changes to entering dividends, etc is very confusing. I spent more time deleting duplicated forms, etc than it took to actually complete the return. We also have to click NEXT too many times. Please include 2 or 3 questions on a page before we have to click NEXT

I have used Turbo tax for nearly two decades. This is the first year has been the horrible. First, it pushes one to use the online version. You have to search to get to the desktop version. It offers a download. Nothing about cost. You do the download and it wants the license number from your purchase; only, there was no purchase. Looking for pricing provided nothing for desktop version. Purchased that elsewhere. Online version merely gives you a price range and a statement that you don't have to pay anything until you file. I am not a) putting my tax information on their server knowingly and 2) complete the whole process without knowing up front how much it is going to cost me. I am not fond of sticker shock. This is the first year Turbo Tax has felt more like a scam than a legitimate company. Stop trying to push/force us to do our taxes "online." I am strongly considering another tax process next year.

Turbo Tax is my go-to every year. The one thing I would like to see would be a way to set up a payment schedule that could be attached to the return. I don't need that personally, but have a friend who suggested that it would make it much easier. She is grateful for the payments set of for the next year.

The program added many questions - especially on the OID section and asked for information regarding Digital Assets which was totally new. I googled the item and got an idea of what was being asked. My financial company did not provide the answers in my download. I eventually called my financial advisor who gave me the answer needed as I do not know how the company handled the investments. Once I entered the question plus 19 more of the same question, Turbo Tax process started it process again and got me to the end. Another problem, I accidentally downloaded the same information twice. I got most of the forms deleted, then had 40 OID items of which I needed to keep 20. As I deleted an item, Turbo Tax then reshuffled the remaining items. Finally I devised a method that then allowed for review of each form and I was able to keep one set in my forms. Also, you kept advising for other services to purchase which I found annoying.

I could not import a W2 because the box d info was too long and on two lines. Never found an acceptable way to type it in and had to restart TurboTax for it to recover sufficiently so that I could enter the W2 by hand. Screen kept blanking and returning. TurboTax was REALLY upset.
