Took about 2 hours start to finish. Walked me through everything step by step made my complicated return simple.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and I love it. Easy to use and follow. I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone and everyone.

On the Home & Business version, TurboTax menu have changed, making it more complex and confusing than prior years. Making it almost useless.

Screens lock up, screens keep repeating. Confusing information at the end about privacy and some third-party handling the return information.

Turbo tax was comfortable to use with explanatory dialog boxes available when in doubt or have a question.

Had trouble moving between desktop and on line; had trouble filing for sending a check vs. paying on line.

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2016 and have found it to be very easy to work with. I have used the Tax experts when needed.
