Good solid program

The "guide me" screens could be improved by having more information on unusual topics, like carryovers. Otherwise, great program with good features.

Turbo Tax Feedback

I have called Intuit twice. The first time I was told the wait time was 40 minutes. The second time it took about 30 minutes. This is much too long.

Turbo Tax is one of the best tax programs

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years. So, I am very familiar with the program and its logic.

TurboTax is an excellent tax software!

I have used TurboTax since 1993. It is easy to use and it processes the federal and state tax returns accurately.

IRS Pin

Problem with using IRS Pin. you have to search it out instead of offering it as a field to be complete

It does not work to efile

It does not allow to continue to E-file after I put the billing information. Cannot continue to put my credit card number and it stops.

Turbo Tax was buggy this year.

Calculations were accurate, but incorrect information was loaded in many of my business income and expenses.
