I've used Turbo Tax desktop for 13 years. I like it. Electronic filing speeds up the process including getting my return.

turbox tax finds all my deductions with questions I would not even think to review normally on my own

Gets hung up, i.e. sits and spins. You have to go back and forth to keep it moving. Constant trying to upsell for other services.

I saved my Federal return before starting my State return. TurboTax did not save the return. I had to start all over from scratch.

I wanted to file Federal by mail and Maryland by E-file. You made it impossible to do so - You just sent me around in circles. Terrible

Turbo Tax is very easy to use. I would recommend it to others. It also makes state filing easy as well.

Why is there a fee for a federal return. Up until the tax year it was free. Its electronic filing why??
