You've gone from being easy to having pop up questions trying to ask if I want to pay for phone help, etc. Not very professional.

your accuracy is not great, in past years the IRS has found mistakes in your calculations where I had to pay more

sometimes it's hard to figure out things. You have last years taxes and I'm having to get out of 2025 go into 2024 to answer questions you need.

On the Home & Business version, TurboTax menu have changed, making it more complex and confusing than prior years. Making it almost useless.

Had trouble moving between desktop and on line; had trouble filing for sending a check vs. paying on line.

Inexcusable last minute error messages regarding NYS withholding exceeding gross distribution on 1099-R.

Not clear what the problem on line 20, Schedule K-1. Indicate needed info in Statement A. No statement A, I needed to enter info Section D1 and D2.

A $45 fee appeared just before filing. No explanation or discussion before this point. The imposition of this fee strikes me as unscrupulous.
