I have used turbo tax for several years now and have always found it to be easy to use and helpful with filing my tax returns each year

Fantastic product and very helpful. would be even better is state e-file was included in the price instead of charging additional fee at the end.

Why did I have to say I was going to pay my taxes by mail when I already had made the electronic payment....you didn't have that option.

Reliability seems solid. is the $100+ cost is too much and USA tax code is just too complex. We need a flat tax!
