Screens lock up, screens keep repeating. Confusing information at the end about privacy and some third-party handling the return information.

Turbo Tax is user friendly. Once you have all the tax documents ready, everything just flows smoothly.

Overall -OK. Crashed twice, better than past years. Some categories seemed mislabeled. BTW TurboTac user for more than 26 years. Mac OS.

The File Hung up and would not file to state. I tried changing the answer and it cost me 214 dollars on my state return.

There were places where the questions were not clear enough to understand and there were no instructions on how to go to forms.

Unfortunately, the extra filing fees add up. If it comes with 1 state included why the extra charge to efile??
