Problem with using IRS Pin. you have to search it out instead of offering it as a field to be complete

It's just barely adequate and often leaves the user unsure if things are accurate even after inputting and importing documents.

I wanted to file Federal by mail and Maryland by E-file. You made it impossible to do so - You just sent me around in circles. Terrible

Easy to use! I had a personal tax to prepare and also I am self employed. I wasn't sure about many topics but Turbo had drop down with answers!

Features are very understandable and useful. Tax laws and IRS features are up-to-date in the software

Stop forcing updates AFTER filing. Takes extra time just to review taxes already filed. Give an option to update old software, that is not required.

Easy to work with year after year. Very helpful to see last years entries accurately. Easy to e-file and get a quick response of acceptability.

Customer for 10 years plus, medium complex return, still the best way to file. Several complex K-1s and numerous other uncommon forms. Thank you.

It is ridiculous that it cost $130 to file a return as a sole proprietor plus fees on an annual basis

Easy to use. Purchased the home and business version because my husband started his handyman business.
