It works for me and I did 2 farms, a real estate investment, and an out of country filer. I've only found a few things where it does'nt ask proper questions to get you to the right form.. One being schedule FC-a on the Wisconsin form and another that doesn't give you a way to enter info on the first page of 4797.. Otherwise it works well.

On my first attempt doing my 2025 tax return, when I wanted to go back and add another W2 that I received, it wasn't letting me. I was clicking "update" on the personal income section and it was taking me back to h whole list with all the items. I clicked on Forms couldn't do anything still. I updated the software, even though it was asking me to update it once I was opening the program to continue my tax return, didn't help. I chatgpt and nothing helped. So, I had to create a new tax return and start all over. Please fix that.

I had no issues entering or calculating my tax return for Federal or State. I was disappointed that I found no way to adjust projected income for 2026 to calculate and create Estimate vouchers. I know that income does not vary from year to year for many users, but for someone retiring or ending a second job, it is essential. Please add this to future software.

It had some major holes in placing information we provided on the forms, (ex:1099-G) on the Schedule F. This caused a major shift in our refund (went from $5000 to $700). Fortunately, it was discovered in the review process. This work in previous years, but didn't this year. Makes me concerned that all was "caught".

I have nothing positive to say about using Turbo Tax for taxes. i've been doing it for 30+ years. I only have one suggestion, make sure that the worksheets are integrated. It can be a little frustrating to have to go back to a previous year and find something that is in the system already. Not sure why the program can't do that. I does almost everything else. Very pleased overall!!

The program was good. BUT all the EXTRA steps to get my prepaid auto program every year was terrible. For years you sign in, you go to your purchase and download what you paid for in November 2025 ( I think Nov.)? Why do you want to make someone who has paid then jump through hoops plus more hoops once you get the email to download the program. SHAME ON YOU! WE DO NOT NEED THIS! DO NOT share my email address.

The problem I have with Turbo tax is it did not allow me to login to my 2024 Turbo Tax, and it wanted me to activate again, there are some serious activation issues and should be able to go by computer ID. It is a good program, and I hope you address it.

I have used TurboTax for over 20yrs now. This year's version is the worst I've ever encountered. Multiple coding issues. Nothing that affected accuracy. Just causing more work than needed. For instance, after entering in a 1099-R (retirement) form, although I had answered NO to a Canadian Pension, it still opened the form and insisted on required fields. I had to back out and delete the form to proceed. (I know it wasn't a mistype on my part, as it occurred twice, once when I did a joint return and again when checking to see if MFS would make our tax situation better.) I also live in a RITA local city, thus required to file a local tax form. Prior to this year, TurboTax did not automatically fill in the form, which is perfectly fine, as you can enter your tax information directly on the RITA site for e-filing. But since many documents do not populate local tax information, TurboTax had issues with those empty fields. Again, lots of unnecessary work on my part. Please, Intuit… get better coders (and better-quality control). Maybe ones not overly reliant on AI for their work.

You buy the initial product and then they charge you for state tax return and charge for audit defense and charge and charge and charge if they can. Typical offer a basic product at a low?? price and keep tacking on fees after the purchaser has committed time and resources. Typical stunt

I have used TurboTax for over 20 years and have always been happy with how it works ant its accuracy. Considering the complexity of completing one's tax returns (federal and state) having the TurboTax Interface guide you along is the best approach, short of paying an accountant to do your returns. The only disappointment was the removal of the Its Deductible software. I have not found a comparable substitute for it.
