I have input the necessary data to create the 2025 W2 and W3. The forms are visible on the screen. When I attempt to print, all data is put in 2024 forms and NOT 2025. I have deleted and reentered and this happens repeatedly. When I use the 'easy' version offered by Intuit, as an alternative, it does not complete the boxes correctly and does not mirror the prior year as to the employer.

Software froze after entering all my tax information, ended up having to completely re-enter/start over. Later, it kept creating separate digital copies of my return while I was preparing to e-file. Made sure I had a couple paper copies saved prior to filing to make sure I had documentation in case issues arose. Also, ended up having to pay an underpayment fee for 2024 federal Turbotax filing. Evidently, despite entering all the information correctly Turbotax made an error in calculating my 2024 tax return, for which I had to pay a fee.

SHADY PRACTICE OF ADDING EXTRAS NOT WANTED, NEEDED, OR SELECTED WHEN E-FILING AS WELL A SHADY BUSINES PRACTICE TRYIGNT O GET CONSENT TO SHARE DATA MULITPLE TIMES THROUGHOUT TAX PREPARATION PROCESS. SHOULD BE ASHAMED AND HOPE THE GOVT COOKS YOU SOME DAY FOR IT!

This year's system had a lot of changes to the way sections and questions were handled. Sometimes trying to make it easier just leaves out common sense. Some things seemed to make no sense at all until I was several sections farther along. All in all, your attempts at making it easier failed.

The 2025 Version of Turbo Tax Home and Business was not as user friendly as in previous versions. (1) I was hung up with error messages referring me to Schedule C for correction of OBI. I never has to do this previously. (2) I had to file electronically twice because the first time, the return was rejected because the forms were not updated. (When I did the updates, I was told the forms were not needed.). I had to search all over my hard drive to find the draft return. This took considerable time to find. Recommend that you remind the user to check for updates as a final step before submitting the electronic return. Despite all of that, Turbo Tax is still the easiest way for non-tax professinoal home/business owner to file taxes. I have been using this program since 2021.

Been using Turbo Tax for many years. Wouldn't want to use anything else. It's nice to be able to populate my current years return with past information instead of having to start over every year. One recommendation would be to allow for the option to call a Turbo Tax representative and ask a question without having to pay to do it. Even if you were limited to a certain number of questions that would be okay. Sometimes with all the changes it would be nice to be able to know you are a phone call away.

Turbotax H&B is not working as well as it has in the past. Importing from my brokerage failed this year, which was a first in the decades that I've used Turbotax (I had to take the manual entry route). That alone is making me consider alternatives for next year. Also, I had to go into the manual form mode in order to get around a 1099 bug - again, an all-time first. Finally, the state e-fing fee of $25 is bogus.

needs too many updates which could lead to mistake but if you have a family of four like me and doing taxes for all of us it is quite annoying having to reboot, also forms are not visibly easy to see, correcting mistakes is almost impossible, you have to go and restart the whole thing agan

Extremely frustrating. Forms that pull from other forms that you didn't start, impossible to figure out how to fix links. Impossible to get the IRS to accept the efiling because the AGI didn't match. I pulled my tax reports directly from the IRS, using those numbers, and it STILL wouldn't confirm identity. Checked all drivers license info 3 time. After trying to e-file 6 times I'm just mailing it in like I did in 1987.

Unfortunately, the 2025 version of TurboTax is extremely buggy. I have used Intuit for over 20 years and have never experienced so many issues and challenges with the software. I purchased the MAC desktop version because of special filing of community income, and it was a total disaster. I had to figure out how to work around the program to get the forms filled accurately. In addition, the download features were very delayed and buggy as well. I finally had to manually fill my forms from my financial institutions to ensure accuracy.
