Another year filed. Had to do some research about when Medicare Supplement B and D can be deducted.

Not as seamless as prior years versions. I have to call several times before my issues were resolved

Program is very thorough and steps you through every item. I've used it for decades to do my taxes and never had an error in my return.

TurboTax used to be good. They've made it significantly more challenging to use in order to get you to pay more for "live tax advice"

I've used TurboTax for years. It has always made filing taxes easy. They provide assistance when the taxes are complicated.

Reliability seems solid. is the $100+ cost is too much and USA tax code is just too complex. We need a flat tax!

Worked great even for my 1031 like-exchange transactions. Seems to be very accurate and was easy to interface with.

There were problems in the file being saved in different places that I never had before but I worked it out.
