For years I use TurboTax for my returns. It is interface friendly, easy to use and very accurate and explanation is what needs to be.

Awfull. Did not allow launching without choosing update and then it got stock during update even though there was no connectivity issue.

I much prefer the desktop to the on-line version. It's hard to keep track of what has been entered in the on-line version.

Need to speak with a person!!! It just helps to speak with someone and not get so frustrated with AI not listening to what you are asking.

Now I can't even get back to checking if my federal and state e-filing went through. The absolute last time I will use turbo tax after many years.

Reliability seems solid. is the $100+ cost is too much and USA tax code is just too complex. We need a flat tax!

Had to fill out sections of the tax forms during the e-filing steps. That should not happen. Overall, a great experience.

Having used tax accountants in the past, I am pleased with the simple interface that TurboTax offers.
