Excellent product that has been improved over last year's version. Improved navigation in particular. We used the Home & Business Advantage version.

Terrible. I suppose you just want to make additional money by people paying extra for help. Even though the cost is a too expensive

My biggest issue is why Turbo Tax makes you answer the same questions over if you simply want to review a certain section.

The foreign income tax credit entry is still broken. Also encountered bugs while importing my old return, and reporting income.

I have used TurboTax for many years but am extremely disappointed that the "it's deductible" module was eliminated.

I was able to complete the returns I needed with relative ease and great appreciation for the TurboTax option.

Turbo Tax walked me through everything. Fastest return ever. Checked for mistakes, made suggestions, etc. Overall great experience.

Have to give unsatisfactory rating because unable to apply $25.00 state file free incentive program when purchased!

In general, TurboTax is very good, but last year I needed to file for an extension, and it was impossible to find in TurboTax.
