Turbo Tax is consistently good and improving

I've been using turbo tax since 1997. This year I did not need expert help; however next plan to use the online version.

Turbo tax good

sometimes it's hard to figure out things. You have last years taxes and I'm having to get out of 2025 go into 2024 to answer questions you need.

Turbo Tax Works Well For Me

I generally like Turbo Tax. It does the job. But I'm not too happy that Intuit is beating a review out of me and is holding my analytics hostage.

Florida State Tax was hard to override

I have been a user of Turbo Tax for more than 25 years. Each year it seems to get easier for newbies and more painful for seasoned users
