I always use Turbotax. This year's software has worked out the problems with the 403B retirement issues, etc. I was very happy with this year's software. Everything was perfect.

What is with the $40 fee for handling efile and then $25 for state efiling? This after spending over $100 for the software. I hope you are proud of yourself as a company for finding ways to milk more money out of your customers. Ridiculous!!!

Would have been beneficial to show impact of State not taxing military retirement AND how the "no tax on seniors for social security" affected the Federal return.

I find it aggravating when it makes you go through so many steps to get to simple answers. And repeats it again and again. I don't like the new format for interest and dividend income.

For some reason my ETrade Tax Documents would not import into my tax return. Not sure why, I went through the process, and your program said it was successfully completed but it didn't show up in the return. I had to manually enter the information.

TurboTax was relatively easy to use and understand. The only issue I encountered was trying to select to have audit defense. The screen was too large, and I had to play around to get to a point where I could select the Audit Defense.

My only complaint is that when figureds from my 2024 return were needed, they weren't automatically transferred. I have both returns on the same computer, and returns are saved.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years. Every year it seems to get worse. I did not like the GUI interface. Bulky and cumbersome. It has really gotten expensive for all the versions.

I've been using TurboTax for over 20 years. The program is easy, guides me through all my information, and stays up-to-date. It recognizes my special issues as a minister with filing.

Turbo Tax makes completing a tax return easy. If you can answer questions like, "what is your first name", you can do it yourself. And if you require expert guidance, it is available. The return is always accurate, an filing is easy too.
