Disappointed in the process of not have the ability for accessing Turbo Tax 2024 on a Windows 10 computer in the process of doing Turbo Tax 2025 on a Windows 11 computer.

There needs to be an easy way to electronically file for an extension through the desktop version. As it sits now I need to either use the TurboTax website or manually file for an extension through the IRS website.

Efile was not able to be processed, instructions how to correct the problem did not work. Very disappointed because I have been using turbo tax for over 10 years.

Had to file by mail because program did not allow to mandatory boxes be checked on the 1040/1040-SR form. ....filed pursuant.. and Check here if you main home..

I've been using Turbo Tax for a number of years now and find it pretty intuitive. I like the fact that new tax rules are highlighted each year. Never had any filing issues or been subject to audit to date!

all excellent except that if one is a resident of a foreign country, evidently one does not have a US phone number. So one has to use a dummy number to e-file. Does this really help anybody??

I have Used Turbo Tax since the 90s and I have used their dial up services to their newest AI services .Turbo Tax never lets me down and always has the answers!

Software works (barely), but crashes. It has been 5+ years after the release of Apple Silicon, yet TurboTax still uses Rosetta 2 emulation. Very lazy programing and not customer focused program!

The software did not allow me to submit an amended return. I kept receive messages that there were errors but the link to fix the errors was "broken" and would not open up the errors.

Good. Some complaints I have sent to you. I can't get the 2026 Estimated Tax Vouchers to print as final copy. Also, the Virginia Form 760CG does not print lines for the signature date.
