she is solving the problem at the payment part if turbo tax explain to me that I will not be charge for additional $25 for paying the state electronic file if I pay with my credit card, I will not make this call. kind of wasting my time

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years. This is by far the worst experience ever. There were really crazy errors, extra small font, ads everywhere. I didn't think in 2026 their tech could have gotten worse! really..

I believe that the entry of information could and should be much clearer.... And there is still some inconsistencies and abiguities within the process. Also .... I prefer the client installed version over the internet version!

i have to answer so many questions about (1) digital or no digital from bank interest and (2) foreign interest/ dividend from a foreign country even though the information was downloaded automatically from brokerage account

Your help is not as useful as past years. I have been filing my own taxes for over 40 years and do not need to spend an extra $60 for your live help.

The AI interface is awful. I can't jump to the form 4868 for an extension while working on the file. After I finally got to it, I then have to enter information that was already transferred from 2024.

I'm a big fan of TurboTax (Desktop edition) and have been using it for many years. The in app advertisements to use online TurboTax is ridiculous. Please stop this immediately. I would rate 5-stars if there wasn't in app ads.

Really, nothing good has been added. The help pages have really inconsistent font. Some are big and some are small. The forms are buggy, some require me to fill information that doesn't exist.

TurboTax wasted me a lot of time. It forced me to pay in credit card to work. The problem is even after I paid in credit card. It's still not working for me. I want to file one state's tax return and it won't give me the chance.

You made the program more complicated and it did not forward the routing and account numbers from previous year to current return and did not allow me to type it in.
