When the federal return was rejected, I went and secured the IP PIN, as instructed. When I came back to Turbo Tax to resubmit there is no place to enter the IP PIN. This leaves no choice other than to print the forms and mail.

We have used Turbo tax for many many years- no problems. This year 2025 tax year- an avalanche of problems, glitches, frozen screens, re-starts, error codes. We hope you fix it for 2026.

No longer supports It's Deductible, Does not import support documents saved in QUICKEN to allow support during tax audits thus causing 100's of hours to produce documents for audits

It would not let me deduct the way that I use too and I'm no sure I was able to deduct as much as I could have but the standard deductions seem to be accurate though not 100% sure. It did make it a lot faster.

All was fine, but seems no matter how many times I put the pin in, the file rejects. You say "We will help you fix it", but all you do is take me to pay for help.

It was one of the worst ones I have ever had to fill out. I have a new computer and could not get last years info to come out. Tried and tried.. Very nerve racking!! Seems like you are asking way too many unnecessary questions.

They tell you that you get one FREE state return submittal. However, when it comes time to submit the one state return they charge you. FALSE advertising. I'll just go to the State filing website ad submit there! It is a VERY simple return.

I have been happy with Turbo Tax in the past, but 2025's version seemed to be more intuitive and worked very smoothly. The interface with third party brokerages was particularly good.

I have always had success with Turbo Tax software, since past 10 years or more. Always received Refund in timely manner, no Audits and no problems with IRS or any other Tax Agency in the United States.

Instructions and self-guided option were self-explanatory, easy to follow and highlighted areas/questions/options that needed to be addressed as I was going through all the sections.
