Filing has become so complex I do not know what I would do without it, especially because it pulls and processes your W-2s and 1099s automatically. Data entry is also kept at a minimum by saving information from the previous year tax return.

Nice to be able to use the same software year after year. It helps provide the familiarity needed to complete the entries each year. The numbers may be a bit different, but the format is the same.

Late release of tax forms and no communication. Promised after a certain date is generic. Intuit should be upfront with their customers. Honesty does matter. Otherwise, I like the software.

Takes wayyyyyyy toooo long to get a live person on the phone as I COULD NOT MANAGE my question with a text communication. This was a general access question which is so annoying that it takes 45mins

Turbo Tax makes completing a tax return easy. If you can answer questions like, "what is your first name", you can do it yourself. And if you require expert guidance, it is available. The return is always accurate, an filing is easy too.

I've used TurboTax for many years. This year I found an error on the Federal Carryover Worksheet where you couldn't get rid of the error message even though there is no State or Local ID.

Had numerous issues which were difficult to troubleshoot. The product lack consistency from year to year (where it made sense) making it hard to zero in on a number of issues.

I've been using TurboTax for Business for several years, standard version for about a decade before that. I appreciate how consistent the process has become. Fewer questions each year, less time involved. It's easy and accurate. Thank you!

Not user friendly, jump to online filing all the time. and this on line filing is not advance. It start with W2 form, and both of us do not have W2 form.
