Turbo tax is getting worse and worse. I am mailing state tax forms and no address or instructions are given for it. Why Not? Not everyone files everything!

I like Turbo Tax for its easy to use Step By Step and the Forms Screens. Easy to navigate. I feel that Turbo Tax does the calculations very accurately, and that gives me confidence in my tax filings.

When the federal return was rejected, I went and secured the IP PIN, as instructed. When I came back to Turbo Tax to resubmit there is no place to enter the IP PIN. This leaves no choice other than to print the forms and mail.

Most of the time the program is excellent. Every now and then a situation comes up that needs a slightly different approach but the program doesn't allow excursions. I would like to be able to override the program every now and then.

TurboTax representative Debra, a CPA, gave me excellent advice for declaring this year's taxes with a major change to my income. She also advised me to submit quarterly withholdings to make things easier for me next year.

I have had an excellent experience using TurboTax over the past twenty or more years. it is easy to use and understand. I have recommended it to my friends and family.

Most everything worked as expected. Only problem was at the end when trying to pay for the Returns (Fed, free and State $25). The program got stuck and only when I submitted the Fed separately from State did it work.

I dont like when you want to search it goes online. i would rather get a disk program then downloading. it is pretty dificult to find the right place to download the program it used to be easy.

I've been using TurboTax for Business for several years, standard version for about a decade before that. I appreciate how consistent the process has become. Fewer questions each year, less time involved. It's easy and accurate. Thank you!

The RSU/Stock editing, as imported from E*Trade, was much simpler in the 2023 program. 2024 and 2025 made it harder. Entering charitable contributions of goods was PAINFUL this year with the removal of the It's Deductible module.
