This was a horrific experience. The UI is an abomination. It seemed to just unilaterally change my totals even when I hadn't made any changes. I had to start over and redo my returns several times and I never got the same final number twice.

Data downloaded from my bank had numerous transactions that was missing data. Turbo Tax required me to complete each and every one of them even though the data was the same for each - 60 repeated transactions in all

Pretty easy to use in that the software can walk you through the various tax topics. Interface with filing your return is also easy to use, relatively quick and seem secure

I have used Turbo Tax since its inception. The program is easy to use, accurate. After filing electronically, I get text notifications that my return has been filed and accepted.

My only issue is with how pushy it was to go on-line. I like the desktop version, especially because if my Internet goes down in the middle of preparation, I won't lose anything. Ask once, then let it go.

Generally, pretty good. I've used TT for 30 years or so. I always need to engage the help line at some point for most returns. I do several family members' fillings every year. Assistants are pretty universally helpful and courteous.

Actually 4 1/2 stars. The drawbacks were with investments. The limit of 2500 transactions meant I had to print out a 235 page 1099 and mail it in. Also, details from K-1 forms don't transfer well

Ypu just keep making it harder and harder. I have used turboTax Business for 15 years. it used to be user friendly. I will see about a competitor next year!!!!

Spoke to Chaieyfah as I worked on my return and she was simply outstanding! She was friendly and very helpful. My question involved Schedule D transactions and she was able to point me to the correct answer very quickly.

TurboTax works well for me. I'm able to complete three other returns as well, Because of that I run across other characteristics and issues that TT handles well.
