TurboTax this year failed to import information from the previous year. Comparison values were not provided as information had to be re-entered despite same computer and memory stick being used for several years running.

Takes wayyyyyyy toooo long to get a live person on the phone as I COULD NOT MANAGE my question with a text communication. This was a general access question which is so annoying that it takes 45mins

I've been using TurboTax for Business for several years, standard version for about a decade before that. I appreciate how consistent the process has become. Fewer questions each year, less time involved. It's easy and accurate. Thank you!

My only issue is with how pushy it was to go on-line. I like the desktop version, especially because if my Internet goes down in the middle of preparation, I won't lose anything. Ask once, then let it go.

The online version is CRAP. The desktop works fine. Keeps asking questions you have answered but overall good. I have used TurboTax for over 15 years.

No longer supports It's Deductible, Does not import support documents saved in QUICKEN to allow support during tax audits thus causing 100's of hours to produce documents for audits

Overall good. I wish it would do an overall roadmap explanation page and maybe a "what if" dummy file page to explore options (especially before end of tax year.

I've been using it for my LLC and my personal taxes for over a decade. I like that it transfers previous years' information. The walk through is easy to understand. The checkpoints always give me a sense of confidence.

Have used desktop Turbo Tax for about 15 or more years. Easy to follow and when you create a new return to start it will pull through last years filing to compare/remind you of what was claimed last year so there will be no missed entries.

Great product that helps me do my taxes. I like the "instant" changes to any potential refund or money owed because it becomes a guide for the following year's planning.
