Used for 10+ years and always A+ until this year. 1. Could not enter Social Security amounts 2. Could not PRINT ANY FORMS 3. Contradictory statements in program on K-1 and 1099R for Pa Wasted about10 hours on this and I'm a CPA !!!

I had trouble with my donation entries. Last year's entrees appeared but would not allow me to edit. I had to retype over a dozen organizations. Wasted time.

Easy to use and easy to find information needed to accurately fill in return. I have used Turbo Tax for several years, and I have accounting knowledge.

Please correct that glitch about "energy efficient buildings" on form 7205 (?) that came up again this year and was a pain to get rid of. I finally remembered to delete the zero in the field to make it go away.

This software used to be solid and used to have a better menu layout. I had errors and rejected return for 1095 and was never prompted to complete this during the completion process.

I have used turbotax for many years. I appreciate the software so I can accurately submit my forms to the IRS. The UI is great and all latest tax changes are asked upfront so I do not need to worry about issues in my return. I highly recommend!

I E-filed Federal. I print and mail my State. California. instruction says do not mail your return it has been e-filed. NO IT HAS NOT BEEN. Now it will not let me try to get the address or go back and try to e-file. Fix this please.

This is my third year using turbo tax and I have found it very easy to use. I love that it automatically populates all the required forms and checks for errors

Took too long to start, had to download and update, then it would not open 2024, finally got that done. for some reason, I am unable to save a pdf of my tax returns, only a print option.

When I ran the check of the tax returns and some errors were listed, I had difficulty finding where to correct some of them. The reference was to the IRS forms but it wasn't easy to find the corrections in Turbotax.
