Easy to use and well-constructed interface. The back button makes it easy to navigate. Reporting is intuitive. Awesome features with good explanation of topics.

Some data, specifically charitable contributions, were not actually needed. Would have been good to know that you must itemize prior to entering this information.

It is ridiculous how difficut it is to download a previous years IRS Return into the current Return. After 20 years, it amazes me how the instructions keep becoming harder to easily follow

only problem is in CT we have "auto property tax" based on their value. If you itemize, it difficult to find where to put this. I do not itemize, but i always enter values to see if I qualify.

Turbotax is great. My only complaint is that I have to manually input partnership K1 data into Turbotax personal, even though Turbotax Business created the partnership K1. There should be a seamless option for Turbotax Personal to import a K1.

I think I'm supposed to get a free state filing with TurboTax, then it tells me I have to pay $25 PLUS a $40 processing fee! Unbelievable after I spent $120 for the software to begin with.

As it has been over the last 20 years your tax program is wonderful and this year Tina wa very helpful finding an error in the way my Fidelity 199-R was prepared.

Disappointed in the process of not have the ability for accessing Turbo Tax 2024 on a Windows 10 computer in the process of doing Turbo Tax 2025 on a Windows 11 computer.

I know what to expect every year I use Turbo Tax. Seamless integration for my online tax forms and quick and easy explanations and tax advice. Not sure why anyone would not use this product.

Seems easier to use this year than last. did not like the extra charge for state returns efiled. Since I am very experienced with taxes, I am not sure if those without experience would be able to accurately input their information.
