I like the changes you made from the 2024 TurboTax. It is easy to maneuver through the different sections of the program. I am truly satisfied with the program.

This is my third year using turbo tax and I have found it very easy to use. I love that it automatically populates all the required forms and checks for errors

I'M HOPING ALL IS DONE CORRECTLY, ALL THE NUMBERS IN PLACE. ONE THING 1098 #1 $1245.16. THERE APPEAR TO BE A DIFFERENT THERE. SO I HOPE ALL IS CORRECT.

This software gets harder to interpret each and every year. This needs to be simpler with a better UI and HELP. It's overly bloated and for the normal person it's painful to use.

Well all i have to say i believe this program is one of the best written, i used to use Turbo Pascal for programing back in 1980's that's when i heard about turbo Tax back when PC's used MS-DOS 3.0< so i started using back then somewhere in 1990's.

I find it aggravating when it makes you go through so many steps to get to simple answers. And repeats it again and again. I don't like the new format for interest and dividend income.

I am disappointed that your "Turbo Tax Help" windows are no longer printable. I have always printed them to document the info they provided to me and helped me decide how to proceed with answering your Turbo Tax questions.

Had to call for assistance wit the help desk on another relatives return and they were very helpful and hung in there with me until the problem was resolved.

I know what to expect every year I use Turbo Tax. Seamless integration for my online tax forms and quick and easy explanations and tax advice. Not sure why anyone would not use this product.

Disappointed in the process of not have the ability for accessing Turbo Tax 2024 on a Windows 10 computer in the process of doing Turbo Tax 2025 on a Windows 11 computer.
