I have been using TurboTax for many years. Unfortunately, the forms seem to have gotten more complicated. Difficult for people like me who lack an accounting background.

I've been using TurboTax for Business for several years, standard version for about a decade before that. I appreciate how consistent the process has become. Fewer questions each year, less time involved. It's easy and accurate. Thank you!

The worksheet for Kentucky's Schedule P has room for only ONE work history retirement. Schedule P has room for more than one. Some people have more than one retirement.

TURBO TAX IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE INFORMATION THAT IS INPUT. YOU DO NEED TO KNOW SOME OF THE TAX LAW TO USE IT ACCURATELY. THE MATHMATICAL CALCULATIONS, HOWEVER, ARE AWAYS ACCURATE.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years, over 30. It does get better each year. I would like see better explanations on amended forms with instructions.

Turbotax just informed me that we can only file five returns with our purchase. We had planned for file for two more relatives as a courtesy. It's unclear if we have to buy another copy of the software or how we will resolve this.

excellent overall experience, prior year carryovers and data needed to complete were easily populated, only had a few questions that were not clear and figured those out, always have to upgrade to a high level to cover all topics well

I am using TurboTax for many years. It is a very good program, very intuitive and easy to use. I gave rating of 4, because it has some issues while dealing stocks & capital gains. Will use again in 2026.
