I am using TurboTax for many years. It is a very good program, very intuitive and easy to use. I gave rating of 4, because it has some issues while dealing stocks & capital gains. Will use again in 2026.

Very user friendly and well recognized by banks and brokerage houses which enables easy electronic downloads. I have been using it for over 15 years. To date, I have never been audited.

The merging process from my brokage account is not as smooth as prior years. e.g. When interest and dividends were posted to my turbo tax account, stocks were not posted.

Pretty much same as in prior years, except we received a NYS Inflation Refund with no designated place to declare it or explanation in TurboTax!!!!!!!!

smooth and safety its very easy to install and fill the forms, and very easy to submit our forms to IRS, no others can look what your incoming and spending, very good!

I've been using TurboTax for over 20 years. The program is easy, guides me through all my information, and stays up-to-date. It recognizes my special issues as a minister with filing.

Becoming more difficult to use as they keep driving you to the online version rather than letting you download. Almost not worth it because of that insistence that you use the online, putting your information out for all to see.

I felt that this year, the IMPORT function was very clunky. In the past, it worked very smoothly. I hope this is only a temporary problem. I have used Turbo Tax for at least 30 years. I would hate to have to switch to something else.

They tell you that you get one FREE state return submittal. However, when it comes time to submit the one state return they charge you. FALSE advertising. I'll just go to the State filing website ad submit there! It is a VERY simple return.
