I have used TurboTax for home and business for as long it has been in business. Never had a problem. And always file hardcopy mail in. HOWEVER THIS 2025 USER INTERFACE IS AN ABSOLUTE PIEC OF CRAP!!!!

Too complicated to use. Does not include state e-filing like competitors do. Could not read competitors PDF from prior year to import into the program.

As it has been over the last 20 years your tax program is wonderful and this year Tina wa very helpful finding an error in the way my Fidelity 199-R was prepared.

Very user friendly and well recognized by banks and brokerage houses which enables easy electronic downloads. I have been using it for over 15 years. To date, I have never been audited.

I've been using TurboTax for over 20 years. The program is easy, guides me through all my information, and stays up-to-date. It recognizes my special issues as a minister with filing.

Works well on my new windows 11 laptop. Please note that the payment page is to long, can't hardly see the continue button on the bottom of all the page. Please consider making these pages a smidge shorter.

Im different from most in that i fill in the numbers and mark each item that i post I then go back a second time to check my entries. On the second time it is confusing when i have to start at the topic page.to find where my next item is found.

Still the best. Incorporated all changes in both federal and state returns. Quick, easy, complete. And I have always liked the "review" feature that identifies any needed changes!

Generally, pretty good. I've used TT for 30 years or so. I always need to engage the help line at some point for most returns. I do several family members' fillings every year. Assistants are pretty universally helpful and courteous.

The only difficulty we had with TurboTax is we were deemed ineligible for a credit in a particular instance, but were not told why we were ineligible.
