Very detailed and straight forward. Makes it so I can knock out my taxes myself in a few hours versus being at the mercy of some tax provider's schedule

I have a reject from the IRS for my tax number for filing. i fixed it. now it will not resend my return because i am over 5 free returns. I am the fifth return. so now i have to print and mail in am i ever going to see my refund ?

A small glitch is the system would not take my debit card because expiration month was not in the original dropdown screen which only went up to 8. I had to use a card that had a lower expiration month. Could be a problem for some filers.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. I have always been happy with the way it operates. It has a very good interface for those who are self employed for filing and for next year's estimated taxes.

When I printed the Federal documents for my records and for including with submitting my state return, there were several of the entries that were blank on the document but that show as filled in on the forms on the desktop version.

Experience was similar to previous years except the access to supporting details forms did not work for detailing dividends from US treasury sources. I had to go into the "forms" to get the pop-up supporting details to work. Very inconvenient.

The printing dialog is not clear. The choice to actually print the documents to mail in do not provide a choice that actually says print documents to file. There's just preview.

As usual, Turbo tax makes it easy for someone with some understanding of completing taxes. You get a head start from information entered from the previous year,

The format for the application was changed this year from previous years and I found it difficult to understand what was required at times. Other than that, the application was great and that was the reason I gave it a 4 rating rather than 5.

I've been using TurboTax for Business for several years, standard version for about a decade before that. I appreciate how consistent the process has become. Fewer questions each year, less time involved. It's easy and accurate. Thank you!
