Disappointed that I cannot include (upload) Ohio required Donation Receipts for SGO Donations Credit. I will now get a letter from Ohio saying my Refund was decreased by $1,500 because receipts were not included with return.

Over complicated and confusing. Had to purchase two additional upgrade at $50.00 each which I find distasteful, like I was picked at financially for more money. Filing was way overcomplicated and not intuitive.

I wish you could turn off the fast spinning numbers showing tax due and refund. I thought I was going to faint when I saw it spin up to 10,000 turning red and then rapidly shooting down to black 1000. Why???

The only problem I had was with the updating and installing of those updates. The system "hung up" at about 4% installed, and I waited about an hour and then restarted the whole updating and installing process. It worked that time, but slowly.

We have had issues the last few year with the IRS requesting copies of forms that should have been sent electronically with the filing. This year depreciation was a major issue and kept generating errors that were not easily fixed.

It appears that some of the updates have far reaching effects, but there is nothing up front to stop some of the forms from being printed, even if they weren't needed.

I have been using your product for over twenty years- it's great in some ways but it is very difficult to double check your entries (once you have entered the information) so that it takes a long time to track down a number if you wish to edit it.

Overall it does a great job and I have used Turbo Tax for many years. What I don't like about it, it is clunky to use and does not navigate easily to the topic you need.

This was the first year I didn't load the program with a cd disc. It was easier to do it that way. I called for assistance and it took over 90 minutes to get the program to respond. Do me a favor and go back to using the cd discs.

she is solving the problem at the payment part if turbo tax explain to me that I will not be charge for additional $25 for paying the state electronic file if I pay with my credit card, I will not make this call. kind of wasting my time
