The TurboTax relationship with SantaBarbara TPG is manipulative at best. The company took $55 from my return - not a huge sum, but enough to be noticed, enough to make me feel robbed. This truly may be my very last using TurboTax.

Encountered quirks. Could not open IRS forms that need to be mailed. Business credits needed to be explained. Amts were entered but i do not know the source, so i could not answer the related questions of carry forward or back and the year.

I was confused on how to tell the program, since I was not efiling my state return, to direct deposit my state refund. Had to try to override the form.

Typically I have great results from Turbo Tax but this year was different. The software was difficult to use and even stopped working at the end of my return and forced me to quit and start over again. I had a very difficult time with it this year.

Not all links to other data worked correctly. One of the drop down boxes for state selection did not include Texas as an option and it would not allow you to enter the information manually.

You made the program more complicated and it did not forward the routing and account numbers from previous year to current return and did not allow me to type it in.

I am CPA and have used this program for years. I experienced several annoying glitches this year that I had to dig deep to figure out how to overcome. what the heck happened to you?

I love the annual experience with TurboTax, especially the fact that its process, reference tabs and information access remain consistent, and doesn't automatically "update changes" to the program. Thank you.

Disappointed that I cannot include (upload) Ohio required Donation Receipts for SGO Donations Credit. I will now get a letter from Ohio saying my Refund was decreased by $1,500 because receipts were not included with return.

Accurate, easy to you, been using TurboTax for decades, BUT This year $25 per 1040 Tax form?!? that a bit much, it used to be $25 for up to 5 individuals
