I've been using TurboTax for over 20 years. I've never been audited. The software is amazing. Simple to use. We use the business section for my wife's home business. Easy to file.

There is still an issu with a 1099-MISC that I have to file yearly. Turbo Tax wants to make them 'income from business' instead of just adding the amount as a personal income from a benefit.e

It took only about an hour to be able to log into Turbotax to start the return. When I entered the passcode it just sat there and didn't do anything. How I actually got in is a mystery. Very difficult!!!!

Wasted much time trying to efile. My spous'e 2024 AGI was deemed to be incorrect. I tried to fix it many times using the info right off of line 11 from 2024's 1040.

I'm a big fan of TurboTax (Desktop edition) and have been using it for many years. The in app advertisements to use online TurboTax is ridiculous. Please stop this immediately. I would rate 5-stars if there wasn't in app ads.

Turbotax is telling me to mail in form 8453 with 8949. But I look on form 8949 and the box is checked sayint that all the entries were already electronically filed with the irs. Very confusing.

Fire the dumb guy who force people to use Windows 11 and stop with the AI suggestions. They are horrible. Will try to move to a different platform now after 20 years of using this.

This years version was very difficult to follow the instructions. It tended to lead the preparer into traps that the preparer didn't really want to do.

Ai Generated Review topics was not helpful at all. I used to be able to use search function to help me find things within application and answer questions. AI would not be helpful at all

I only wanted to download the software to my mac book and then complete my taxes. I did not like that it was not straightforward to do so. I did not want my information to be in the turbo tax cloud.
