First, Had to buy new computer to load TurboTax 2025, that was frustrating. The compacity to import investment accounts not working properly, that was also frustrating.

This is my third year using turbo tax and I have found it very easy to use. I love that it automatically populates all the required forms and checks for errors

The only difficulty we had with TurboTax is we were deemed ineligible for a credit in a particular instance, but were not told why we were ineligible.

I have been doing my own and my family taxes for about 5 years with Turbo tax home and office. I have never been disappointed with the results. It is really easy to use and there is always support from the Turbo tax team to guide you through it.

I have used turbotax for decades and it has provided me great outcomes for business and personal taxes. I haven't used the audit service but i find TT to be a user friendly for me.

Everything went very smooth. AI answers to questions were spot on. A few minor glitches but the AI answers to questions were able to clarify the situation.

The step by step process is very sound. I had one issue with no suggestion. I contacted Intuit for assistance and the issue was resolved efficiently and professionally.

TurboTax representative Debra, a CPA, gave me excellent advice for declaring this year's taxes with a major change to my income. She also advised me to submit quarterly withholdings to make things easier for me next year.

I would give it 5 starts, but in my effort to move from the desktop to the online version, the online version couldn read my 2024 turbo tax file, even though the 2024 version of turbo tax can read it just fine.

Most everything worked as expected. Only problem was at the end when trying to pay for the Returns (Fed, free and State $25). The program got stuck and only when I submitted the Fed separately from State did it work.
