My worst experience by far using your tax software. There are definitely issues with it. I had to do my tax return twice because the software deleted all my entries when moving from Federal to State.

The product is very good but getting it becomes more difficult every year. Intuit's security and download procedures have are very cumbersome and unfriendly.

The AI interface is awful. I can't jump to the form 4868 for an extension while working on the file. After I finally got to it, I then have to enter information that was already transferred from 2024.

your calculations for IRA basis and how it affects conversions to ROTH are wrong. Your help was terrible and your program does NOT show the math. WHY are you not showing math calculations?? Worksheets do not substitute for showing your math.

We have used Turbo tax for many many years- no problems. This year 2025 tax year- an avalanche of problems, glitches, frozen screens, re-starts, error codes. We hope you fix it for 2026.

Turbo Tax needs to fix the problems with Oregon Filers being able to EASILY ENTER their PAID LEAVE OREGON BENEFITS into the software - IT SHOULD BE LISTED CLEARLY UNDER UNEMPLOYMENT and actually ask you the question

we first tried the Online version...did not help. Spent almost 5 hrs. where it was suggested it would be about 1.5 hrs. went back to Desktop and was finished in that 1.5 hr. time frame. it is very direct and explains as you go
