Easy to use. Fits my needs. Have never had an issue with it. Never an IRS question of my returns. Puts special information like stocks and dividends in the right place without an issue.

Numerous software bugs and glitches. Getting worse every year. They care now more about selling "live advice" and other high profit nonsense than writing good code. After 25 years with TurboTax, next year I will be using something else

I have used Turbo Tax for over 30 years and did not like that I had to buy a new computer so I could use it this year because it had to be on WIN 11. My laptop would not update to WIN 11

1. Can't enlarge TT's very small font 2. Can't alphabetize charities 3. This year TT steered me to online program which I found to be user unfriendly 4. Price increases 5. It's deductible is done. Terrible

Good. Some complaints I have sent to you. I can't get the 2026 Estimated Tax Vouchers to print as final copy. Also, the Virginia Form 760CG does not print lines for the signature date.

Tried to pay state e-filing fee of $25 and it would not accept payment. Then went up to $40 and would still not accept payment. Can't file until this gets resolved. A little disconcerting...

I have been using TurboTax since 1988. Every year it works well. There are some issues on filling out the New Jersey taxable/non-taxable IRA payments, but these can be handled manually.

I find it aggravating when it makes you go through so many steps to get to simple answers. And repeats it again and again. I don't like the new format for interest and dividend income.

This is a great product and have used it since the 1st year TurboTax became available. Great features for IRS Pub lookup, easy filing, accurate, and compatible with Quicken - I miss "It's Deducible" for Qualified Charitable Donations (QCD)
