All features worked well except the transfer of Brokerage 1099 information using the import functions. I eventually got it to work but it was not seamless.

I thought your Online App was a real waste of time. I tried it for a while, but it was under powered and I had to start over with the desktop version.

The software improves every year and is continually updated to changes in the tax code. The guided input is a fantastic tool as is the accuracy check. Filing is a breeze with this software.

it was very confusing how to set up separate Enterprises/Aggregations for QBI Deduction. It did not come out the same this year as last year, but should have. I could not figure out how to set it up the way I wanted to set it up.

Missed the ability to put in details on some of the topics. The user interface was not as good as the previous versions. Poor descriptions of items and small fonts.

I've been using TurboTax since it was a DOS program. It's trustworthy and easy to use. Still not ready to "do" taxes on-line due to security, however, still prefer and trust the desk top version.

Navigating is somewhat difficult on Turbox Tax. The option to file an extension takes a little bit more effort - instead of putting it under final steps - you have to sign on and then use the chat

Used TurboTax for 15+ years. It's great for most things. But for donations of items, please improve the user interface so that it's not necessary to re-enter the date for every item donated the same day.

Fire the dumb guy who force people to use Windows 11 and stop with the AI suggestions. They are horrible. Will try to move to a different platform now after 20 years of using this.

TurboTax works well for me. I'm able to complete three other returns as well, Because of that I run across other characteristics and issues that TT handles well.
