it was very confusing how to set up separate Enterprises/Aggregations for QBI Deduction. It did not come out the same this year as last year, but should have. I could not figure out how to set it up the way I wanted to set it up.

turbo tax is simple to use, all you have to do is answert the questions honestly and the app does every thing else. I noticed this year that they were offering live tax help for an additional fee...i havent used this feature, will update if i do.

All features worked well except the transfer of Brokerage 1099 information using the import functions. I eventually got it to work but it was not seamless.

I did not see the tax reduction after I enter my IRA contribution until the very end. I saw comments that it would not until I completed the return. This is confusing and caused me much frustration.

I am supposed to get 1 state filing for free. However, at the end of the program turbotax charged me $25 to file with the state and another fee for direct deposit. That's not being very transparent with the pricing.

It was a challenge at first but over the 10 years I have grown into its simplicity of learning taxes and how easy it can be to do it yourself. I understand my life better. thank you

Some of the explanations were not very clear. BUT TubroTax has been my choice for as long as they have been in business. I doubt I will ever switch to any other tax prep method.

GREAT UNTIL I WENT TO FILE STATE TAXES -- HIDDEN FEE OF $40 FOR STATE REFUND -- ON TOP OF THE $25 LISTED FEE. VERY HARD (I HAVE USED TURBOTAX OVER 25 YEARS) TO GO BACK AND PRINT STATE TO FILE BY MAIL.

Depreciation not calculating correctly on multiple returns - took a lot of extra time to fix myself. Didn't get 1 free state filing that is supposed to come with purchase of home and business software.

Amazing and easy to use. This product has helped me file taxes for a long time. It has been accurate and very easy to use. Filing can be done via e-file or paper and it provides all relevant information needed.
