When I printed the Federal documents for my records and for including with submitting my state return, there were several of the entries that were blank on the document but that show as filled in on the forms on the desktop version.

Basically positive. Am confident in the forms being populated accurately. Some of the questions were almost too nuanced to invoke a correct response. Targeted questions at a 5th grade level would help.

This is the 1st year that I have had issues. I have only efiled 4 returns and yet it tells me that I have reached my limit. I should have 1 more. In addition the importing is no longer seamless as it used to be

Overall Good. When there are issues with a worksheet rather than ask for corrections or an ansewr why don't you direct us to the sheet to make the crection instead? I find it very confusing that you don't do that.

called and agent could not tell me when form 8283 would be available. I prepare my taxes early and I had to wait until 2/7/26 to complete. Don't think I will be using Turbo tax next year.

Disappointed in the process of not have the ability for accessing Turbo Tax 2024 on a Windows 10 computer in the process of doing Turbo Tax 2025 on a Windows 11 computer.

Turbo Tax Digital Expert was not very clear about 2025 Child Tax Credit/Deduction. I researched IRS and other Tax Help resources which had better explanations. Spent a lot of time doing that-- Turbo Tax should have done a better job.

We have had issues the last few year with the IRS requesting copies of forms that should have been sent electronically with the filing. This year depreciation was a major issue and kept generating errors that were not easily fixed.

I've been using Turbo Tax for a number of years now and find it pretty intuitive. I like the fact that new tax rules are highlighted each year. Never had any filing issues or been subject to audit to date!

Great product that helps me do my taxes. I like the "instant" changes to any potential refund or money owed because it becomes a guide for the following year's planning.
