I have used Turbo Tax for decades and have never had a problem I couldn't overcome. This year it seemed that it was a bit more difficult to enter some of the data because more questions were asked to justify my inputs.

Good. Some complaints I have sent to you. I can't get the 2026 Estimated Tax Vouchers to print as final copy. Also, the Virginia Form 760CG does not print lines for the signature date.

Generally good, however, navigation can be clunky especially when saving and returning to tax return. Handling of K-1 data is poor both on the Federal and the State side. Have seen few improvements to product over the past years.

I could not download 1099-Bs from my brokerage - VERY DISAPPOINTING! Separately, I spent the $60 for expert help on my Schedule C / E / A confusion and she was great. Thanks for that!

Easy to use as long a you understand the basics of filing taxes. If you don't understand, then you should probably go to a Turbo Tax " real" site to speak to someone.

all excellent except that if one is a resident of a foreign country, evidently one does not have a US phone number. So one has to use a dummy number to e-file. Does this really help anybody??

Efile was not able to be processed, instructions how to correct the problem did not work. Very disappointed because I have been using turbo tax for over 10 years.

Turbotax just informed me that we can only file five returns with our purchase. We had planned for file for two more relatives as a courtesy. It's unclear if we have to buy another copy of the software or how we will resolve this.

Nice to be able to use the same software year after year. It helps provide the familiarity needed to complete the entries each year. The numbers may be a bit different, but the format is the same.

I have been using this program since it first came out Thats alot of years of accurate returns and two aduits that I survived. One was my data error and the other was their misunderstanding of my data.
