Used for 10+ years and always A+ until this year. 1. Could not enter Social Security amounts 2. Could not PRINT ANY FORMS 3. Contradictory statements in program on K-1 and 1099R for Pa Wasted about10 hours on this and I'm a CPA !!!

As it has been over the last 20 years your tax program is wonderful and this year Tina wa very helpful finding an error in the way my Fidelity 199-R was prepared.

Limited flexibiliity, cost increase w/ no corresponding increase in provision, offered credit for efiling w/ state but did not rec'v, efilin costs used to be $25 now $50 w more technology: WHAT?!?

Love using Turbo Tax and was forced to use the online version this year. Hate it. Bought a new computer with Windows 11 to move back to the download version.

The program is excellent. Thorough and simple to use. However, this year the Deduct it program is no longer incuded, which lowered my review to 4 stars. That program was very useful and I will need to reconsider using Turbo Tax again next year.

Depreciation not calculating correctly on multiple returns - took a lot of extra time to fix myself. Didn't get 1 free state filing that is supposed to come with purchase of home and business software.

I have been using TurboTax for many years. I only had a couple of questions, from the IRS, in all these years, and Turbo Tax handled them for me. Good job!

Overall I am happy with Turbot Tax. I have used it for years. I do hate how they always make me pay money to file my state taxes when the state does not charge at all. It makes me feel like I am wasting money.

Tired of the same excessive fees and since you advertise "Free Returns" you are trying to capture more young people that don't know how to file their own returns. You will not be Bill Gates and using his model will not work.

I need to be able to bypass "updates" when logging into work on a return. I have very slot internet at one location and NO internet at another location. Please restore the functionality that alows me to bypass updates.
