WOW! I purchased the card at 9:24 am, received it at 9:27 am and completed my purchase on Southwest Airlines web page at 9:34 am. Ten minutes total and I'm on my way to Walt Disney World!

It took months to receive after purchasing online gift card. They had escalated and kept updating me that they were "investigating". I had to select alternatives to travel because of this. Imagine if this was my only option!

They do NOT send a gift card. They just immediately cancel your order. I tried a couple times with a debit card and a credit card... Neither work. Very disappointing!

Card worked took about 20mins to get the card number and code. Ran into one issue though: webpage not found. If you click on the link and get a web page error message go back to the email and right click "open link in incognito"

Purchased Max amount of these cards and used them a year later with no issues on multiple flights Will be doing it again this is a no brainer saving $25.00 per card. Every dollar counts

Worst experience EVER! Takes forever to receive a digit gift card. Customer service is not helpful at all. I will never purchase another digital gift card from Sam's.

Received my email, clicked on link just to tell me NOT working. Phoned Sam's customer service (in the Philippines-very hard to understand) and they were sending my issue to back office to have them check it out.

Received this gift card immediately and transferred as a gift to my daughter so she could pay for her trip to come see me. I really appreciate the discount.
