Delivery was quick. If I remember correctly, it took 60-90 minutes and I saved $50 on my flight. Used it immediately for a booking. All good!

Worked great! I purchased 3 cards around 10:00pm at night. All 3 came to my email within 5 minutes after the purchase. They opened right up! Worked great. Book flights right away. Also, you can use more than one card on payment. Southwest accepts mulitiple gift cards for payment.

I purchased three cards last night. Sam's called to verify the purchase was legitimate before charging my card. Once verified, the email with the codes arrived 20-30 minutes later. I had no issue using the codes to book flights right away directly on Southwest's website. Saving $150 was worth the extra effort. When you're planning a vacation for 5, every little bit helps! I would definitely use these again if planning to fly Southwest.

Easy to use, good to get at least some savings on expensive flights. Beware that Southwest only allows 3 total payment types which has to cover the entire amount of the purchase. Each gift card is one payment type. If gift cards and any other credits you have don't cover the entire amount, then you need a credit card to cover the balance, which is also counted as one payment type against the 3 allowed per transaction

DO NOT BUY THESE! I purchased $2500 worth of Southwest Gift Cards online. When I went to use them, every single one said "No Balance". I contacted Southwest who confirmed that someone else had accessed them and used the funds. They could see who it was and that it wasn't me but then said they could not help beyond that and that I needed to contact Sam's Club. I contacted Sam's Club who said they couldn't do anything and I needed to contact Southwest. Very disappointed in both companies. How can you sell these but not stand behind them when their system allows tampering and fraud?

I’ve tried purchasing this gift card 3 times now on two separate Sam’s accounts and both of them let me purchase, then send me an email that the order has been canceled. Spoke with customer service who was unable to assist. When I was told they would escalate the matter and get back to me I was left without a call back now for over 24hrs.

very expensive lesson. Dont trust this purchase I paid 500.00 to be cheated by Sams and Southwestern Airlines. when I finally received the Email it disappeared taking me verification code. I was told this happens all this time, from Southwestern. Sounds like its time for a class action. shame on this time of crooks!

I was so excited to have these to get a little discount on some upcoming flights to see family then Sam's Club canceled my order. ORDER WAS CANCELED 8 hours after I purchased them. I received an email at 10:30 about them being canceled, at this point the sale is already over and the app shows out of stock.

I cannot locate my gift card number value $500. Its not in my email . Niether Southwestern or Sams club will assist you. Also from my conversation with the Southwestern customer service person. This happens all the time. I can see the purchase on my Sam Club credit card and so can they but with this gift card number nothing can be done.

Just a heads-up for anyone booking Southwest flights with gift cards. If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours, the refund does NOT go back to the gift card. Instead, they issue a travel credit, which expires after one year. To make things worse, if you book for multiple people using points, those points get refunded to each traveler’s individual account—not to the person who made the purchase. Definitely something to be aware of before using gift cards or points for group bookings.
