I have bought this card multiple times and it has worked perfectly each time! The delivery is within minutes and I have had zero issues booking Southwest flights using the codes provided. I will continue buying this as needed and will recommend to all who can use it.

I never received the gift cards and after 4 hours I contacted support via chat who then made me call support and on the phone the rep argued with me about the listing, insisting that it did not say that the gift cards are typically delivered in one hour, which it does [see image]. I then told her I was buying airline tickets for a funeral and needed them immediately, so if it was going to take two days, I would need to cancel. The rep then told me I could not cancel my order, so I asked to speak to a supervisor, which she was rude about and said she would transfer me and I waited on the line for 20 minutes before the call disconnected. Terrible support.

These gift cards are good for the initial purchase of your flight only.. they are good on NOTHING else. If you do order more than 1 .. wait until you recieve all of them in your email and get the card and pin numbers of all you need before you book...1 might be delivered via email in 30 seconds and the other 12 hrs later.

I purchased these and was able to use them just fine. I did get a call from a 1800 number asking me to confirm my purchase about an hour after I placed my order. He said they’ve had a lot of fraud with gift cards so they just call to ensure it was actually me who purchased. Their call center is in the Philippines, so the guy did have a bit of an accent. About 15 minutes after that call my gift card showed up in my inbox. I’ve used it and had no problem with It.

I purchased two gift cards to book flights out of the country for my fiance and me for our Bach trips. The e-gift card arrived in my email in 45 minutes. It was easy to use and had zero issues. I paid less for the gift cards than I would've paid Southwest directly. We also have extra credit left over on the gift card for future use.

I read reviews and people were receiving their digital card with in minutes to an hour. 24 hours and still no card. Just know that the up to 48 hours is a real thing. I had to cancel because i needed to purchase my ticket in less than 48 hours. 1 star for my purpose.

Hi! I have bought and used several of these gift cards and they worked great! For some reason my computer didn't let me open them, but my phone did. They were delivered around 10-15 minutes each time. I was able to book my flights quickly after I found them!

I purchased three cards last night. Sam's called to verify the purchase was legitimate before charging my card. Once verified, the email with the codes arrived 20-30 minutes later. I had no issue using the codes to book flights right away directly on Southwest's website. Saving $150 was worth the extra effort. When you're planning a vacation for 5, every little bit helps! I would definitely use these again if planning to fly Southwest.

Starting this off with I have absolutely no qualms with Sam's Club, their processing of these gift cards, etc. Just here to gripe about using these gift cards on southwest. First off, Southwest does not treat their gift cards like cash. You can ONLY use them for the purchase of the airfare. They cannot be used for baggage, seat purchases, inflight purchases, pet fares, or unaccompanied minor fees. If you're not able to take your booked flight, the refund does not get put back onto the gift card for future use. It goes back onto a flight credit which expires. Last, I've run into multiple issues with Southwest not honoring their "max 3 SW gift cards per passenger per reservation". When booking my family of 4, it always caps off as two gift cards and one credit card to cover the remaining. I always end up having to book our tickets separately.

I was so excited to have these to get a little discount on some upcoming flights to see family then Sam's Club canceled my order. ORDER WAS CANCELED 8 hours after I purchased them. I received an email at 10:30 about them being canceled, at this point the sale is already over and the app shows out of stock.
