I’ve tried purchasing this gift card 3 times now on two separate Sam’s accounts and both of them let me purchase, then send me an email that the order has been canceled. Spoke with customer service who was unable to assist. When I was told they would escalate the matter and get back to me I was left without a call back now for over 24hrs.

I loved saving on top of the savings/ offers Southwest was already having!

I was so excited to have these to get a little discount on some upcoming flights to see family then Sam’s Club canceled my order. ORDER WAS CANCELED 8 hours after I purchased them. I received an email at 10:30 about them being canceled, at this point the sale is already over and the app shows out of stock.

I did not want to risk losing two gift cards. So I ordered one and received it in 5 minutes. I ordered a second gift card and still waiting 24 hours later. Both credit card charges went through.

Don't get these if you need them the same day. my order got canceled. No one can tell me why, but I have to wait two days to hear back from somebody. Good luck talking to a person if you have any.

order online shows $474.98 but their catalog says $450. order online today 12:30 and I got a canceled email at 4 pm. :/ was hoping to save some money.

I bought one in November 2024. I already planned to buy tickets from Southwest so I used it the next day with no problems. I did buy with Black Friday price (about $430).

These gift cards are good for the initial purchase of your flight only.. they are good on NOTHING else. If you do order more than 1 .. wait until you recieve all of them in your email and get the card and pin numbers of all you need before you book...1 might be delivered via email in 30 seconds and the other 12 hrs later.

At first I was a little skeptical but the Gift card arrived in my email within 45 minutes from the time I purchased. I used the entire amount then for the difference I paid with a credit card. They only let you pay using 2 methods of payment on Southwest Airlines. I will definitely purchase more gift cards from Sam’s Club. Everything worked out great plus I was able to save money !!
