Sam's cancelled my order twice. When I contacted customer 'service' they said the reason for cancelation was 'unclear' and the matter needed to be "elevated to specialist department" and I would hear from them in 3-5 days. I'm not hopeful since I'm still waiting to hear from the last time something needed to be elevated and that was 3 years ago

I purchased two gift cards to book flights out of the country for my fiance and me for our Bach trips. The e-gift card arrived in my email in 45 minutes. It was easy to use and had zero issues. I paid less for the gift cards than I would've paid Southwest directly. We also have extra credit left over on the gift card for future use.

I loved saving on top of the savings/ offers Southwest was already having!

Don't get these if you need them the same day. my order got canceled. No one can tell me why, but I have to wait two days to hear back from somebody. Good luck talking to a person if you have any.

WOW! I purchased the card at 9:24 am, received it at 9:27 am and completed my purchase on Southwest Airlines web page at 9:34 am. Ten minutes total and I'm on my way to Walt Disney World!

It would be faster crawl to a sams club in another city then get an e gift card. They say 1-48 hour delays. It won't be 1 hour. I don't know what drunk monkey they got managing this but I think I got my temu order first.

It worked perfectly. We bought it around 6 PM. We received the email with a gift card around 6:03 AM following morning. Perhaps, you should buy it during business hour so that you do not how to worry about it.

order online shows $474.98 but their catalog says $450. order online today 12:30 and I got a canceled email at 4 pm. :/ was hoping to save some money.

Worst experience EVER! Takes forever to receive a digit gift card. Customer service is not helpful at all. I will never purchase another digital gift card from Sam's.
