Received my email, clicked on link just to tell me NOT working. Phoned Sam's customer service (in the Philippines-very hard to understand) and they were sending my issue to back office to have them check it out.

I was a little hesitant, but the gift card arrived 10 minutes after purchase. I used it to book flights and it worked perfectly with no issues. If you are already flying Southwest, this is a great value! I wish other airlines would follow suit and offer the same discounts. I primarily fly a different airline but would definitely purchase again when flying SWA.

Bait and switch. I bought $1500 worth only for them to remove free check-ins after selling a bunch of gift cards last season.

It never works. Sam's Club should stop advertising these fake gift cards. They just send an email after a few hours saying the order is canceled.
