This was an impulse purchase. So glad I got it! I waited 6 months to review this to ensure I really liked it. 6 months later I like it even better now that i did when I first got it. This machine is amazing. We have a dog and this keeps our hard wood floors very clean. The machine cleans itself. You can map out one room or the whole house to be vacuumed or mopped. I've recommended it to several family members with small kids and busy moms. It's a game changer and sooooo much better than the models that just vacuum. It has enhanced brushes compared to our other models too- really gets the edges and corners that were missed by other models.

l love this little robot! I decided to treat myself to some "chore assistance" and after some research, decided to try the Maxim. I must say "I AM IMPRESSED!" The setup was easy, and after doing a quick mapping, I set it to clean in the wee hours. I never heard it the first few nights, but about night 3, I happened to wake up and heard it cleaning the mops. Since the Maxim is doing the mopping, my kitchen floors are now mopped nightly instead of weekly (I rarely cook at home) and I'm making the transition to a shoeless household. I didn't know cleaning could be so easy!

First, full disclosure, we got our BObsweep Maxim at Sam's when it was on a really good sale. Anyway, this robot vacuum is great. And with hardwood floors in almost the entire house, I love this robot vacuum. It vacuums and mops. It does a great job. First it maps the house. You can choose to do the entire house or just certain rooms after the map is created. You can create “no mop zones”. There is also a setting for it to detect rugs. We don't have rugs so I have not used this feature. The robot vacuum rarely gets stuck. The mopping feature is just damp, not a huge trail of water so it doesn't damage the floors. Mine has not been streaky at all. It does thorough job of cleaning. And somehow it washes and dries the microfiber mop pads. No clue how it does this but they are clean and we have had it around 4 weeks. It will go back in the middle of a cycle, empty the vacuum and wash and dry it the mop pads and go back out and finish. This may be my favorite thing about this vacuum. I love there is not dirty mop pads being used on my floor. It also uses very little solution so a bottle seems to last for quite a while.

I've had this for 5 months, and I'm returning it. I wanted to love it. But it doesn't work very well. For instance, the mopping mechanism doesn't work well at all. It's more like it just kind of gets your floor wet, it doesn't actually mop up anything. A drop of coffee on the floor? Nope, can't mop it up. However if I take a damp cloth myself and barely swipe at the coffee drop, it comes right up. I'm sure it picks up dust because the dirty water container is dirty - but for minor little spots that I expected it to clean up - it can't. I never expected this thing to do a deep clean at all, but it can't even do a minor clean. My other complaint is that the side brush will not extend when it's vacuuming the perimeter of my cabinets, so if there's crumbs underneath the toe-kick of my cabinets (there always is), they stay there. I've also noticed the suction of the vacuum has deteriorated despite my efforts of maintaining the filter etc. I will watch it go right over little crumbs and leave them behind which shocked me because of the high suction this thing markets. Anyways, I thought I was getting the steal of a lifetime with the outrageous discount but I think that's just a marketing ploy to get you thinking you're getting a good deal. I paid $400 and I think it's worth about $200.

We love our Maxim Robot. We have it set up to start every evening and it is great at detecting different floor textures. We are renovating a house and currently are living in the finished out basement. It's an open concept with 5 different flooring types including 3 different carpets. It can detect when it's on carpet vs vinyl vs finished concrete and when to mop. It's also good at getting over the multiple transition strips that our former vacuum had issues getting over. We have multiple large animals, a lot of construction dust, and mud and it cleans everything with ease. My husband says it's the best home purchase he's ever made.

I love my Maxim. It was easy to set up and map. I especially like the mop feature that does not require filling each time like my previous brand robot. It is equipped with spinning mop heads which do a great job, and it cleans and dries the mop heads after each use. This Bobsweep has made a huge difference in keeping my floors cleaner.

Our Bobsweep arrived well packaged and complete. The first impression is that it is well made and works well. The connection to Alexa app is not very intuitive. Still struggling to get it to connect. The mapping feature is not as precise as other devices I've seen but is easy to navigate and adjust. It cleans well both vacuuming and mopping. There have been a few times the weeks get stuck on the edge brush. But it is a quick fix. Our biggest concern is compatibility with small area rugs. We have had to remove them prior to starting cleaning cycle to prevent getting stuck. Overall pleased with the performance.

A little backstory - we had an expensive model Eufy vacuum which when we first got it, it SEEMED great (since prior to that we only had a lower price point Shark robot vacuum to compare it to). Overtime, what seemed to be great turned into something not so great… the loudness, the replacement accessories (dust bag, rollers, etc.) going out of stock, and just the overall performance (leaving drops of dirty water, not feeling like our floor was truly clean). With two kids and three dogs, we definitely needed something better! That's when we started searching for a new vacuum. After a lot of research and reading a ton of reviews, we narrowed it down the following three - bObsweep, Roborock, and Dreame. Aside from the great reviews on Sam's Club, the Maxim was also on sale so we figured we'd try it out and worst case, it would become the vacuum we use for our upstairs (kids rooms, offices, etc.). Needless to say, Maxim has far exceeded our expectations in the month that we have used it. It is so much quieter than other robot vacuums we have used in the past, it seems to be more efficient and most importantly, it seems to clean better! My husband actually mentioned how he feels like the floor just feels cleaner with Maxim. We are very impressed with the design, functionality and overall performance of the Maxim. We really like the feature where the cleaning pad underneath swivels out to ensure it gets close to the wall. We are even considering getting a second one for the second level of our home (as we are definitely keeping this one on our main level because it performs so well)! I was a little skeptical at first that this robot had so many 5 star reviews, but now I see why and I totally agree! This is a high quality, yet affordable robot vacuum and I highly recommend it!

I had an iRobot that basically became a brick after the last update in April. I was so frustrated, especially after contacting them through email/the app about it and received ZERO response, not even an automated reply. When I saw the Sam's discount on this high-end robot vacuum, and the good reviews about it, I was sold!  So far, so good! The laminate wood floors have never looked better! Scheduling and mapping in the app are pretty straight forward. The arms that extend to clean the area at the bottom of the baseboards works really well and the robot does a great job evading the random dog toys that are always in different places each night. I'm so thankful to not have to pick them up each night before bed like I did with iRobot. The only issue I've encountered so far is the mop heads fall off easily when the robot encounters charging or electrical cords it didn't sense/see. Just make sure the cords are not in the cleaning area because the cords pop the mop heads off and shut the robot down (under the bed one time... That was fun to retrieve. Lol). But it's not a big enough issue to take away a star, just a learning curve. A great purchase for sure!

My wife and I love our new Maxim robot vacuum and mop system. We've been impressed with the robots ability to map our floor and avoid obstacles as it's doing its thing. Its vacuum is very powerful, the mops clean very nicely, and Bob will go back to his station to empty trash and water without us having to do much at all. There is a ton of options through the app, such as scheduling Bob to run on certain days and times, or just open the app and press go when you need a freshen up and he goes right to work. No complaints from us at all so far.
