I had an iRobot that basically became a brick after the last update in April. I was so frustrated, especially after contacting them through email/the app about it and received ZERO response, not even an automated reply. When I saw the Sam's discount on this high-end robot vacuum, and the good reviews about it, I was sold!  So far, so good! The laminate wood floors have never looked better! Scheduling and mapping in the app are pretty straight forward. The arms that extend to clean the area at the bottom of the baseboards works really well and the robot does a great job evading the random dog toys that are always in different places each night. I'm so thankful to not have to pick them up each night before bed like I did with iRobot. The only issue I've encountered so far is the mop heads fall off easily when the robot encounters charging or electrical cords it didn't sense/see. Just make sure the cords are not in the cleaning area because the cords pop the mop heads off and shut the robot down (under the bed one time... That was fun to retrieve. Lol). But it's not a big enough issue to take away a star, just a learning curve. A great purchase for sure!

First, full disclosure, we got our BObsweep Maxim at Sam’s when it was on a really good sale. Anyway, this robot vacuum is great. And with hardwood floors in almost the entire house, I love this robot vacuum. It vacuums and mops. It does a great job. First it maps the house. You can choose to do the entire house or just certain rooms after the map is created. You can create “no mop zones”. There is also a setting for it to detect rugs. We don’t have rugs so I have not used this feature. The robot vacuum rarely gets stuck. The mopping feature is just damp, not a huge trail of water so it doesn’t damage the floors. Mine has not been streaky at all. It does thorough job of cleaning. And somehow it washes and dries the microfiber mop pads. No clue how it does this but they are clean and we have had it around 4 weeks. It will go back in the middle of a cycle, empty the vacuum and wash and dry it the mop pads and go back out and finish. This may be my favorite thing about this vacuum. I love there is not dirty mop pads being used on my floor. It also uses very little solution so a bottle seems to last for quite a while.

Let me start off by saying that so far, we are impressed with our new Maxim. We have a large complicated open area in our home filled with a combination of bare floor, throw rugs, area rugs and wall to wall carpet. Maxim tackles it all without breaking a sweat. With our old vacuum, we had to plan ahead and choose which rooms to vacuum, one at a time as the bin had to be emptied by hand after every job. With the Maxim, we love that we can just let it ‘rip’ and it will take care of the whole bottom floor of our house at once. The mopping function is good, not great. We found that there was a bit of sticky residue left on the floors after maxim mopped. But, we aren’t fully convinced that it’s maxims fault. Since this was the first round of mopping, we think it might just be left over residue from all the previous years of hand mopping. We will let Maxim do it’s thing a few more times before we make a final decision one the mopping function. We are very happy with the spinning brushes as they seem to do a better job than our last vacuum that just dragged a wet pad around. We just hope that Maxim will last over time. It does a lot of complicated functions and has a lot of moving parts. Fingers crossed that maxim will have a long and productive life in our home.

Our Bobsweep arrived well packaged and complete. The first impression is that it is well made and works well. The connection to Alexa app is not very intuitive. Still struggling to get it to connect. The mapping feature is not as precise as other devices I’ve seen but is easy to navigate and adjust. It cleans well both vacuuming and mopping. There have been a few times the weeks get stuck on the edge brush. But it is a quick fix. Our biggest concern is compatibility with small area rugs. We have had to remove them prior to starting cleaning cycle to prevent getting stuck. Overall pleased with the performance.

Maxim has done a great job so far with cleaning. I've been very impressed with the mapping and object avoidance. The floors have looked great and the noise levels have been impressively quiet. The only real issue I've noticed is that if Maxim gets lower on battery and has an issue (gets stuck or something) it can forget what it has cleaned so far and start all over.

My wife and I love our new Maxim robot vacuum and mop system. We’ve been impressed with the robots ability to map our floor and avoid obstacles as it’s doing its thing. Its vacuum is very powerful, the mops clean very nicely, and Bob will go back to his station to empty trash and water without us having to do much at all. There is a ton of options through the app, such as scheduling Bob to run on certain days and times, or just open the app and press go when you need a freshen up and he goes right to work. No complaints from us at all so far.

Skip this one. It worked well once. After the first vacuum and mop cycle, it stopped dispensing water to the brushes and would no longer mop the floor. It was a great sale price, but the price doesn't matter if the product doesn't work. Thankfully, I was able to return it within the 90-day return window.

This has been a wonderful investment! We ordered 2 if these BoBsweep Maxims and could not be more pleased. No more worries with the cumbersome older vacuums. It is difficult to put into words what a blessing these have been!

Excellent product! Easy to use and does a great job on my floors. The thing that stood out the most was their customer service. The contact I had with them was professional, and they went out of their way to take care of my issue. I highly recommend you by this product!

This is my second model from this brand, it’s the biggest help. The app tells you what is wrong, if it’s missing something if something needs replacement etc. super simple and easy to use, easy to clean as well. I have a high traffic home and our maxim makes it feel and look a lot cleaner with kids and pets in home.
