We love our new Bobsweep Maxim. It does a fantastic job vacuuming and an adequate job of mopping. The mopping features doesn’t really pick up a lot of new messes, but keeps the floor nice. The mapping is super easy to use. I like the fact that it shows where it has been and where it actually is. I do wish that we would get notifications when the was an issue. The app does not automatically alarm you. I would recommend this robot cleaner.

Maxim has been an excellent addition to our home. However, I wish the app had a more intuitive interface. It would be great if the app could display water (dirty and clean), cleaning solution, and dust bag capacity levels. Notifications about issues and capacity levels would also be very helpful. Overall, the robot and station are fantastic! We live in a two-bedroom apartment with two cats, and vacuuming daily is simply not feasible for us. Maxim has kept our place looking great every day. It’s quite amusing to watch Maxim continue to work even when our cat is in his path. (Rest assured, no animal has been harmed in the making of this comment.) We were initially unsure if a robotic vacuum would work for our apartment, as our carpet is quite thick. However, Maxim has proven to be an excellent choice. I had originally purchased Bio, but Maxim was on sale for only $150 more. I decided to return Bio and buy Maxim. The automatic vacuum and mop combo was simply too good to pass up! I do wish the app had a more user-friendly interface for editing the map and customizing the difference between rooms. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with Maxim and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable robotic vacuum

BObsweep Maxim is our first robot that maps and also mops. It has been great! The edge sweep and edge mop features do a nice job getting everything clean. Clearance is good and it does not get stuck on our thick living room rug like our last robot vac. I also like that it can refresh itself when needed and then resume the job and can save multiple maps for different floors of our house.

This has been a wonderful investment! We ordered 2 if these BoBsweep Maxims and could not be more pleased. No more worries with the cumbersome older vacuums. It is difficult to put into words what a blessing these have been!

Excellent vacuuming and mopping functions. WiFi setup was a bit challenging otherwise, very easy to setup. Lot of customizable features. App is very friendly.

I am a first time owner of a robot vacuum for my home, although I have experience using one in an office setting. After a lot of research, the bObsweep Maxim Combo has completely exceeded expectations. This machine is extremely powerful. The suction is genuinely impressive and actually pulls dirt and debris out of rugs instead of just gliding over them. Hard floors look noticeably cleaner and the dual scrub mopping does more than just wipe. It actually cleans. The all in one dock is where this really stands out. Auto empty, auto wash, and odor filtering mean I barely have to touch the unit. I can run a full vacuum and mop cycle and walk away while it handles everything on its own. This is a huge benefit if you are busy or simply do not want another chore to manage. The mop correctly avoids carpets so there are no wet rug issues and the navigation and mapping have been accurate and efficient. Beyond performance, the design is very elegant. Both the robot and the dock look premium and modern and blend well into the home instead of looking like a bulky appliance. This is our first robot vacuum that mops. This is the main reason we purchased it. Got it on sale during the holidays. Instructions are very clear which makes set up easy. The app is pretty straight forward. The mapping function is great. Mopping seems to work great too. It has different settings for how much water it uses. Cleans our floors well. I can't speak to long term durability as we have only had it for a month. Four cleanings in and we are very satisfied. Seems well built.
