This is the best robot vacuum I’ve owned, and I’ve had several. Both the vacuum and mop features left my floors so clean, and that’s with three dogs. The issue is with the battery. After using it about a month, it wouldn’t charge past 36%, and it seemed to affect its power when it would clean. I was having to go over things to the point it was useless. So, I did everything it says to do, cleaned things out, let it charge for DAYS. After two weeks of not using it, it charged to 100%. After one cleaning, we were back to square one. I tried buying replacement batteries, but to no avail. You cannot buy one with prongs (I don’t know what they’re called.) to match this vacuum. I bought multiple. I even called their customer service number MULTIPLE times only to listen to hold music for several minutes before being disconnected. It’s so frustrating because- again- this is the best robot vacuum I’ve had. Sadly, I returned it after less than two months’ use.

BObsweep Maxim is our first robot that maps and also mops. It has been great! The edge sweep and edge mop features do a nice job getting everything clean. Clearance is good and it does not get stuck on our thick living room rug like our last robot vac. I also like that it can refresh itself when needed and then resume the job and can save multiple maps for different floors of our house.

We love our new Bobsweep Maxim. It does a fantastic job vacuuming and an adequate job of mopping. The mopping features doesn’t really pick up a lot of new messes, but keeps the floor nice. The mapping is super easy to use. I like the fact that it shows where it has been and where it actually is. I do wish that we would get notifications when the was an issue. The app does not automatically alarm you. I would recommend this robot cleaner.

Maxim has been an excellent addition to our home. However, I wish the app had a more intuitive interface. It would be great if the app could display water (dirty and clean), cleaning solution, and dust bag capacity levels. Notifications about issues and capacity levels would also be very helpful. Overall, the robot and station are fantastic! We live in a two-bedroom apartment with two cats, and vacuuming daily is simply not feasible for us. Maxim has kept our place looking great every day. It’s quite amusing to watch Maxim continue to work even when our cat is in his path. (Rest assured, no animal has been harmed in the making of this comment.) We were initially unsure if a robotic vacuum would work for our apartment, as our carpet is quite thick. However, Maxim has proven to be an excellent choice. I had originally purchased Bio, but Maxim was on sale for only $150 more. I decided to return Bio and buy Maxim. The automatic vacuum and mop combo was simply too good to pass up! I do wish the app had a more user-friendly interface for editing the map and customizing the difference between rooms. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with Maxim and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable robotic vacuum

I’ve had this for 5 months, and I’m returning it. I wanted to love it. But it doesn’t work very well. For instance, the mopping mechanism doesn’t work well at all. It’s more like it just kind of gets your floor wet, it doesn’t actually mop up anything. A drop of coffee on the floor? Nope, can’t mop it up. However if I take a damp cloth myself and barely swipe at the coffee drop, it comes right up. I’m sure it picks up dust because the dirty water container is dirty - but for minor little spots that I expected it to clean up - it can’t. I never expected this thing to do a deep clean at all, but it can’t even do a minor clean. My other complaint is that the side brush will not extend when it’s vacuuming the perimeter of my cabinets, so if there’s crumbs underneath the toe-kick of my cabinets (there always is), they stay there. I’ve also noticed the suction of the vacuum has deteriorated despite my efforts of maintaining the filter etc. I will watch it go right over little crumbs and leave them behind which shocked me because of the high suction this thing markets. Anyways, I thought I was getting the steal of a lifetime with the outrageous discount but I think that’s just a marketing ploy to get you thinking you’re getting a good deal. I paid $400 and I think it’s worth about $200.

So far so good, I've had it for nearly a month and I'm very satisfied sor far. Reduced labor keeping the house clean is a blessing. Only thing I would point out is empty the dirty water often as it sours quickly in the wastewater tank.

This has been a wonderful investment! We ordered 2 if these BoBsweep Maxims and could not be more pleased. No more worries with the cumbersome older vacuums. It is difficult to put into words what a blessing these have been!

Excellent vacuuming and mopping functions. WiFi setup was a bit challenging otherwise, very easy to setup. Lot of customizable features. App is very friendly.

I absolutely love my new robot vacuum. We named her “Linda”. I don’t know how I’ve lived without her for all these years. With a busy household of five people plus a dog and a cat, she helps so much. Highly recommend!
