The Maxim is definitely worth every penny! I was skeptical at first, but after the easy set up and my "learning curve", I can honestly say I'm hooked! It was very easy to set up, map, and set up schedules for cleaning. The customer service is top notch and helpful! I highly recommend b0bsweep for your robotic cleaning needs!

I love my MAXIM. It is very easy to use. The mapping is easy to set up. The mopping is ok… it doesn’t really pick up much. The dust bin holds A LOT! My old Neato (discontinued) gathered lots and lots of pet hair and filled the bin each cycle. I had a hard time judging how Much dirt Maxim was really getting. I ran Maxim and then ran my old robot…. The old robot collected nothing, proving that Maxim was doing fantastic. The mapping is great because it also shows you where Maxim has already swept. I do wish that when it ran into errors, I would get a notification. It is nice that the map shows Maxim’s location.

I liked my Maxim Robot so much I purchase a 2nd one for my home..one is Max the other is Bob. You will love the ease of setting up and use..we have 6 dogs so one gets a daily workout. If I could I’d buy a third for the other half of my house..

The bObsweep Maxim has completely changed how we keep our floors clean. The 22,000 Pa suction is seriously strong and pulls up dirt, dust, and debris from both hard floors and low-pile carpet better than any robot I’ve tried. The dual-scrub mop pads actually scrub instead of just lightly wiping with the extending arms to get the edges and corners, and FloorSense does a great job lifting the mops when it hits carpet. What really sets it apart is the all-in-one station. It empties itself into the odor-filtering bag, washes the mop pads with hot water, and dries them with hot air. No more dealing with smelly mop pads or emptying a dirty bin every couple days. The activated charcoal bags keep everything smelling fresh. Navigation is accurate and efficient, and the app makes it easy to set schedules, create no-go zones, or send it to specific rooms. EdgeReach arms actually clean along baseboards and into corners better than most robots. Setup was straightforward and it’s been reliable so far. Highly recommend if you want a true hands-off vacuum and mop combo.

This was an impulse purchase. So glad I got it! I waited 6 months to review this to ensure I really liked it. 6 months later I like it even better now that i did when I first got it. This machine is amazing. We have a dog and this keeps our hard wood floors very clean. The machine cleans itself. You can map out one room or the whole house to be vacuumed or mopped. I've recommended it to several family members with small kids and busy moms. It's a game changer and sooooo much better than the models that just vacuum. It has enhanced brushes compared to our other models too- really gets the edges and corners that were missed by other models.

My husband and I both suffer from back issues so vacuuming %26/or mopping is very painful. We have 2 dogs that both shed a lot so I didn't think a Robot Vacuum would work for us. I finally decided to try the bObsweep Maxim robot vacuum and, although it's not perfect, I love it. I can run it every day if I so choose to or twice a week. It vacuums well and mops pretty well, not as well as we do but it's ok. I think if I do a deep clean and then run it on a regular schedule, it would be darn close to perfect. It has some quirks but over all, I am very happy to have purchased it. My back is greatful too.

A little backstory - we had an expensive model Eufy vacuum which when we first got it, it SEEMED great (since prior to that we only had a lower price point Shark robot vacuum to compare it to). Overtime, what seemed to be great turned into something not so great… the loudness, the replacement accessories (dust bag, rollers, etc.) going out of stock, and just the overall performance (leaving drops of dirty water, not feeling like our floor was truly clean). With two kids and three dogs, we definitely needed something better! That’s when we started searching for a new vacuum. After a lot of research and reading a ton of reviews, we narrowed it down the following three - bObsweep, Roborock, and Dreame. Aside from the great reviews on Sam’s Club, the Maxim was also on sale so we figured we’d try it out and worst case, it would become the vacuum we use for our upstairs (kids rooms, offices, etc.). Needless to say, Maxim has far exceeded our expectations in the month that we have used it. It is so much quieter than other robot vacuums we have used in the past, it seems to be more efficient and most importantly, it seems to clean better! My husband actually mentioned how he feels like the floor just feels cleaner with Maxim. We are very impressed with the design, functionality and overall performance of the Maxim. We really like the feature where the cleaning pad underneath swivels out to ensure it gets close to the wall. We are even considering getting a second one for the second level of our home (as we are definitely keeping this one on our main level because it performs so well)! I was a little skeptical at first that this robot had so many 5 star reviews, but now I see why and I totally agree! This is a high quality, yet affordable robot vacuum and I highly recommend it!

My first impressions of Maxim have been very positive. I haven’t vacuumed or mopped in three weeks because it cleans like I would! I recommend being home during the first couple cleanings and having a little patience when it gets stuck to set up no sweep or mop zones. It’ll learn quickly. Very little maintenance so far too, just have to dump the dirty water and add clean every few days!

Works reasonably well. Does a good job of vacuuming floors and an OK job mopping. The app could use a lot of work to be easier and more intuitive to use but once you figure it out, it's just strongly OK. The bot will actually pick up the mops whenever it goes over a rug or carpet, which is pretty neat. Avoiding small obstacles that could bind it up though could use work. About 20% of the time I come out to find the robot stuck somewhere because of something. Run time is good, the self emptying and cleaning are all good. What's really annoying about this bot is that it doesn't seem to fully understand it's own dimensions. What I mean by that is that will rub against your base boards quite a bit. When this happens it will leave a fantastic black smudge. I've contacted bobsweep support to tell this to them and offering to work with the development team to fix this issue (as there must just be something unique about my home that causes it to do this, or maybe it just hates my baseboards) and I've gotten 2 offers for a refund and 1 "I'll reach out to the developers". If this issue is fixed, this would be an amazing bot. In the meantime it's running the race in the lead and then stepping on it's own shoelaces just before the finish line.

So we loved the Bob sweep when we first got it. It does get stuck in small area rugs occasionally. But the only reason it’s not a 4.5 star rating is within two weeks one of the spinning mop parts broke off from the bottom. It seems it is made of extremely cheap plastic Bobsweep is making us send it back and sending us a new one hopefully we have better luck the second time
