My family and I are really enjoying our bObsweep Maxim! We use it several times per week to help us keep our floors and living space very clean. It is super-easy to change the water, brushes, and cleaning solution. Setup was less than 1 hour and the instructions were very well written. My husband and I both suffer from back issues so vacuuming %26/or mopping is very painful. We have 2 dogs that both shed a lot so I didn't think a Robot Vacuum would work for us. I finally decided to try the bObsweep Maxim robot vacuum and, although it's not perfect, I love it. I can run it every day if I so choose to or twice a week. It vacuums well and mops pretty well, not as well as we do but it's ok. I think if I do a deep clean and then run it on a regular schedule, it would be darn close to perfect. It has some quirks but over all, I am very happy to have purchased it. My back is greatful too.

I'm so happy I took this chance with this brand. We used to have a very popular brand robot vacuum, and it was nearing the end of its life. We didnt have the cash to buy another high end one from that brand so when I saw this one was on sale AND it also mops, we figured it was worth a shot. First of all, it is so much quieter than our 6 year old vacuum, they have come a looooong way! And I'm super impressed with the mopping! It's not going to replace your traditional mop and bucket deep clean but it helps maintain your floors in between. Also, the vacuum is impressive. It actually hasd the ability to vacuum our high pile shag carpet! The old vacuum couldnt even climb on it. Over all, this is totally worth it! Especially when it is on sale for $370.

I’ve owned multiple robot vacuums (with different brands). I’d give this one 7/10. It gets the job done but when comparing it to my favorite robot vacuum, it could still use some work. In my opinion Roborock is the way to go.

I am not sure why this item no longer has any reviews on it because I used them to make my purchase decision. Regardless I have been using robot vacuums for 20 years and this BY FAR is my favorite one. I do question the MSRP scheme though. I would not purchase at the full price even with the features. The claims of a 2 hour run time is wildly inaccurate /so far/ for me. I am getting about 50 minutes and then it takes over 4 hours to charge. The good news is while it is charging it is cleaning the mops and drying them. I had not turned on the heated water function yet so I expect the usable time to also drop considerably. Otherwise I completely threw away my upright and retained a cordless roller mot, cordless stick vacuum, and if there is a really big catastrophy there is a shop vac in the garage. I fully expect the bObsweep to keep the floors very nice and clean. I love that it has no hesitation going under the bed - where my previous robot with the camera point up refused to go. Mop under a bed without a flashlight and contorting? Yes please. The house is less than 2000 feet and mostly hardwood and tile with area rugs. The promise to lift the mop when on carpets has so far been perfect.

Worked for a month then had wheel issues. Returned it to manufacturer. Replacement would not wet the mop pads. Returned it to Sam's. My coworker had the same model and it would not mop straight out of the box. We purchased a Shark 2 in 1. No issues to date. Stay away from Bobsweep.

I wanted to love this, but straight out of the box there were two errors that would not clear. Yellow flashing light on the dock and error for the mop attachments on the vacuum would not go away with over two hours of troubleshooting and talking to customer service. Mind you, this is before it even got used, so water/dust/debris was not the issue. Packed it back up and returning, what a waste of time. I got this for less than $300, so please don't pay full price for this.

worked for a couple days and then one wheel froze up. Sam's would not exchange it for a different one. I could only return it at the store. I wanted it replaced because the sale on it ended. I think it could be an amazing vacuum, but it does not work correctly.

The fixed mop attachment broke the very next day after I bought the product, rendering it unusable. My request for an exchange was denied, so I ended up returning it. I later learned that a malfunction of this fixed mop attachment is a common early-stage issue with the bobsweep Maxim. It taught me a valuable lesson: no matter how attractive the price, it’s not worth buying a product from a brand with a small market share. I will never buy or recommend products from this company again. It doesn't even deserve a single star.

Skip this one. It worked well once. After the first vacuum and mop cycle, it stopped dispensing water to the brushes and would no longer mop the floor. It was a great sale price, but the price doesn't matter if the product doesn't work. Thankfully, I was able to return it within the 90-day return window.
