Amazing...except for the under-eye area

The mask is amazing, the straps are amazing, and the cryo function makes me look great in the short term, but blocks the red light therapy from getting to my under-eyes for longterm benefits. I wish they would make a version of this without the cryo function and just put red light in the under-eyes. I would totally buy the cryo pads separately too, but I can't have them jeopardizing my red light therapy. Returned.

My 20s eyes are back !

I’m in LOVE with!! This is now part of my morning routine . Cold water wash, Eye treatment , coffee , shower, Better aging routine and skin care creams ! My eyes haven’t looked like this since I was in my 20s And I’m 48 ! My skin is glowing and smooth. On weekends I love to sit back and do routines back to back! 15 minute eyes , better aging and acne !

Extremely disappointed

I bought this product back in the spring of 2025. Used it faithfully and loved it...while it worked. I noticed it starting to lose charge in the past week. Then last night, it started turning off after less than a minute. I did all the steps offered by troubleshooting with no results. I researched for months before purchasing a mask. I decided on this brand because of Sharp products I've owned in the past and the good reviews. Extremely disappointed and don't feel this product lives up to the Sharp name.

Light Dimming Randomly

Got a shark cry glow mask around december time and i originally loved it. Now the light will randomly dim without me touching it and i have to smack the mask or move it to make the light brighter again. Not sure what's going on.

What about our jawline and underneath our jaw?

It does not get under the Jaw or the jawline like I wanted. And what about our neck area? It would be wonderful if they would design a mask that targeted the lower face.

Battery Stinks

I got this as a bday gift in May. I've been using it faithfully since, and the results are OK. But the battery life absolutely stinks!! I have to charge it after every single use. So if I use the Better Aging and the Under Eye Revive, it's then dead! So annoying! Wish I could send it back and get a different brand.

Buy it! IT WORKS!

I love this mask. At first I was skeptical bc of the short time frames on the routines but it absolutely does work!! I feel it has helped to restore my youthful appearance and helped with some acne and inflammation. Some people complain about the fans but fail to realize if they bother you that much then turn off the cryotherapy… the fans will turn off in about a min or so of the cryotherapy being shut off ! Should have 5 stars!

Great purchase!

I was skeptical at first but the results are incredible. I’m almost done with 8 weeks of using the skin clearing function and my results are great. It helped alot with redness and minimizing stubborn pores on my nose and cheeks. Highly highly highly recommend.

Lights “bleached” vision…solution found.

I bought this for my teenage son who has severe acne. I was concerned about the intensity of the LED lights so close to his eyes. The mask has foam around the eye openings to supposedly block out light but when I tried it out, I thought the lights were too bright even with eyes closed the entire time, the light still penetrates. My son thought he’d use it would the solar eclipse film and he said the lights “bleached” his vision after using it for the 8 minutes for skin clearing. It too some time for his vision to normalize. To solve this, I used tanning bed sunnies but those weren’t comfortable as the mask pressed them into my eye sockets and they still allowed the lights from the mask to penetrate my eyelids. My next solution was to use solar eclipse glasses. These were the paper type with the sun block film so I cut and taped them to the inside of the mask. Wow, it made a tremendous difference in the lights. No lights at all. Shark needs to do this to remedy the issue with the mask affecting vision. We’re only born with one set of eyes.
