I've been using this product for a few months now and it's really been easy to stay consistent with because it's so comfortable to wear. The treatments are short under 10 minutes, which makes it easy to fit into my routine. I've noticed a big improvement in the overall look of my skin and it's also helped clear up acne and Hill active breakouts faster. I thought the price was a bit steep at first, but honestly, it's been worth it. The cooling gels are incredible and feel amazing. Sometimes I'll even wear it for the eye treatment to wake up in the morning without doing a full session.

I wasn't expecting to love the Shark CryoGlow Mask as much as I do, but it has honestly become one of my favorite parts of my nighttime routine. Love the ninja CryoGlow! It was a gift for my fiancé and I ended up using it for under eye treatment. You really notice a difference. Easy to use display and you can use it anywhere as its wireless. No maintainence. So easy a caveman can use it... and probably should lol.

I have been using Shark's CryoGlow Face Mask for over a month now and I am already seeing results with my skin. My red spots and breakouts are clearing up and overall feels more radiant. I have been using the Skin Clearing setting nightly, which lasts about 8 minutes and is designed for acne prone skin, treating with blue and red light. I love using the under eye cooling at a level 2-3. This device is super easy to incorporate into your skin care routine because each infrared routine is less than 10 minutes and it's a great way to unwind at the end of the day. I also love that you can use the under eye cooling setting on its own. The battery life is overall not bad, but it does take a long time to recharge it when it's super low. I do wish there was an app that connected to your device to track routines and progress. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase of this Shark device and I can't wait to see where my skin is at by month 2!

This is the best purchased I've made In the last 5 years. My skin looks amazing after couple weeks and it's so Relaxing and now Part of My evening routine.

Pros: - short anti aging program of 6 min - nice screen with time remaining - red, infrared, and blue light all in one mask - lots of high quality lights -comfortable Cons - wish there wasn’t the cooling eye pads (this is where my biggest problem area is and no red light is able to penetrate there since the pads are in the way. Almost bought a different mask bc of this) (depuffing with cooling is only temporary) Overall, great product. Feels like a luxury experience. Jus huge set back is the cooling eye pads

1. Cord is short. So charging will take place on your floor. 2. The eye “pads” are not pads. They are hard like a rock. Left side actually bruises my orbital bone during treatment. Can't lie down either because weight of mask makes it worse. Very painful. 3. The blue light skin clearing program. Program is eight minutes long, but the blue light only stays on for about two minutes. The rest of the time it's red. Returning. Going with a more expensive brand.

Love the mask, but I wish it came with the charging stand that is shown in the second pic. Info states it only comes with the USB plug in. The stand is so handy for charging. I'd like to order for my daughter, but looking for one that includes the charging stand.

I wanted to like it so bad but to be honest I've had it for a few weeks and it's not what I expected. This mask is getting a lot of advertisement on social media and I was like, let me try it. I have some wrinkles and imperfections on my skin that I wanted to target. It's been a few weeks of consistent every day use and I see no change. I have mild rosaceas and it actually irritated my skin when I first started using it and had to stop for a few days, to then "get back on track". Also, the eye patches feel nice but I wish that I was also getting treatment with the light on my under-eyes, but it's covered by the eyes patches and when I try to pull it away to get some under-eye light coverage, the mask has some kind of sensor that makes the lights dim. For the price I dont think it's worth it to be honest. I'm dissapointed cause I really like shark products and I wanted to like this, but it was no the case for me.

Does not fit my face well. I am Asian and face is relatively flat. The eye pad does not sit under my eyes but lower. Not sure if that impacts the effectiveness. Will find out after using it for a while.
